Villa Specht is a 3-room comfort holiday flat in a quiet location opposite the city park. Due to its central location, both the shopping mile and many excursion destinations are within easy walking distance. The attractive city villa was extensively renovated in 2015/16. The holiday flat is located on the 1st floor. It has 3 bright, nicely furnished rooms. It has a bedroom with a double bed. The fold-away bed (0.90 x 2m) in the dining room offers additional sleeping accommodation. From the panoramic window in the living room you have a view of the Burgberg. A large balcony, with awning, invites you to relax.[nbsp] You can also relax in the garden in summer. A private parking space is located directly at the house. Particularly attractive for users of electric cars: There is an electric charging point (wallbox) for electric cars at the parking space. If you wish, you can book the charging card for a one-time fee of € 10.
