After many years, we have fulfilled our dream of owning our own home in the Sunshine State of Florida and cordially invite you to share this dream in our high-quality and lovingly furnished Villa Haze. The pool area is south facing and both the pool and spa are heated. This means that you can also spend relaxing days at the pool during the winter months.
Our villa is equipped with everything to ensure you have an unforgettable holiday. The pool/spa area has been newly designed and offers absolute privacy. From the elegant, light-flooded living room you can enjoy the view of the large pool and the tropical garden. The sliding glass doors can be opened completely, creating a great indoor-outdoor feeling. From the living room, the dining room, the master bedroom and the 2nd bedroom you have direct access to the pool area.
In addition to the large master bedroom with king-size bed and walk-in wardrobe, there are queen-size beds and equally walk-in wardrobes in the other bedrooms. In addition, there is a folding guest bed that can be used as an extra sleeping space. Furthermore, two of the bedrooms are equipped with modern LCD TVs. In the master bedroom you will find the large bathroom with a spacious shower and a double washbasin. Our second bathroom is equipped with a toilet and shower. Baby cot and high chair are available if needed.
In addition we offer a double garage. From the garage you can go directly into the main house, as usual in Cape Coral. In the transition area between the garage and the main house there is also a washing machine and a tumble dryer available.
Free high-speed Wi-Fi is of course available throughout the house and pool area.
Our reliable, German house management is looking forward to your visit and will be happy to assist you with your booking, is of course present at check-in and helps with all questions on site and also at check-out.

The minimum age of the tenant is 25 years and the tenant must be present in the house.
ID must be provided on request.
There is a $50 charge for barbecue cleaning if the barbecue has not been cleaned by the tenant.
Electricity:
A usual electricity consumption is already included in our rental prices. Experience shows that this is about 55 kWh per day. Any electricity consumption significantly above this will be charged at $ 0.18 per kWh.
The consumption is calculated on the basis of the values of the electricity meter of the house. The values are recorded at check-in and check-out. Any electricity costs incurred are to be paid in cash at check-out or will be deducted from the deposit.
Attention: If the air-conditioning is set to a low temperature, runs with the doors and windows open, or the pool heater is used a lot, this will result in significantly higher electricity consumption.

Very nice house with good facilities and a beautiful garden.
The house is located in a quiet residential area in Cape Coral. Various shopping opportunities and restaurants/bars can be reached by car in 10 minutes. You can tell that the owners also use the house themselves - the equipment is upscale and very good. Nothing is worn out or looks "used up". In addition to a pool, there is a Jacuzzi where you can relax in the evening. There is a German-speaking property management on site, which is also available in case of technical problems.
