Comfortable and beautiful holiday apartment with charm and high living comfort in the colorful town of the Harz Mountains - Wernigerode. Your feel-good home is right at the beginning of the pedestrian zone in the historic old town, which with its charming half-timbered houses and cozy streets is not only worth seeing, but also extremely attractive. City tours, museums and excursions to the Harz National Park - Wernigerode offers the ideal mix of culture and nature when it comes to taking a break from everyday life. Recommended are, among other things, a tour of the town hall or participation in a brewery tour. A wide range of restaurants and various shops and small shops also provide variety.

activities nearby: Visit the town hall with the historic market square and fountain in Wernigerode. A must-see: the castle in Wernigerode - it can be reached on foot, by horse-drawn carriage or with the tourist train. Incidentally, the Harz Holiday Ticket entitles you to free use of public transport in the Harz district on the HVB, Q-Bus, HBB, HVG and VGS lines. Of course, a visit to the Brocken should not be missed either, which at 1,141 meters is the highest mountain in the Harz Mountains. On a clear day you have a fantastic all-round view from here.

Location absolutely top, the bed in the bedroom was not usable at all, as it is way too soft and you feel like sleeping in a hollow. The cleanliness leaves much to be desired. Many dust and cobwebs, some plastic parts on window sills, baseboards that are coming loose, curtains that do not hang properly in the track, and a defective TV in the living room that turns off every 5 seconds after being turned on. Just a wardrobe with a shelf, which is musty and offers almost no storage space. We lived out of the suitcase...

We appreciated the quiet location of the apartment. Despite being close to the main attractions, it felt peaceful and calm, perfect for relaxing after a day full of explorations!

The apartment was spacious and equipped with everything we needed for our family vacation. The kitchen was particularly useful, as we could prepare meals when we didn't want to eat out. The location was convenient near the town hall and the marketplace, which made our explorations easier. However, I wished the outdoor area of the garden were a bit more private. Overall, a practical choice for families or small groups!

The location is fantastic! Just a short walk to the historic marketplace. We especially enjoyed the local restaurants and the vibrant atmosphere of Wernigerode. The apartment itself was well-maintained and had everything you need.

We had a lovely stay at Ferienwohnung Remise! The apartment was not only clean and well-maintained, but it also had a cozy charm that made us feel at home. The location is perfect, just a few steps from the pedestrian area, which made exploring the historic old town very easy. We especially enjoyed the visit to Wernigerode Castle and the tour of the nearby brewery. The hosts were friendly and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including free WiFi and a well-equipped kitchen. Recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy the beautiful Harz mountains!
