Comfortable and beautiful holiday apartment with charm and high living comfort in the colorful town of the Harz Mountains - Wernigerode. Your feel-good home is right at the beginning of the pedestrian zone in the historic old town, which with its charming half-timbered houses and cozy streets is not only worth seeing, but also extremely attractive. City tours, museums and excursions to the Harz National Park - Wernigerode offers the ideal mix of culture and nature when it comes to taking a break from everyday life. Recommended are, among other things, a tour of the town hall or participation in a brewery tour. A wide range of restaurants and various shops and small shops also provide variety.

activities nearby: Visit the town hall with the historic market square and fountain in Wernigerode. A must-see: the castle in Wernigerode - it can be reached on foot, by horse-drawn carriage or with the tourist train. Incidentally, the Harz Holiday Ticket entitles you to free use of public transport in the Harz district on the HVB, Q-Bus, HBB, HVG and VGS lines. Of course, a visit to the Brocken should not be missed either, which at 1,141 meters is the highest mountain in the Harz Mountains. On a clear day you have a fantastic all-round view from here.

This place has such an atmosphere! Cozy and stylish, perfect for those Insta pictures. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Wernigerode. The castle nearby is a must! I will definitely come back.

A great place to relax! The amenities were top-notch, and we loved that we could bring our dog. The location was perfect for reaching local attractions like Wernigerode Castle and the picturesque Brocken.

Our stay at Ferienwohnung Fachwerktraum was simply delightful. The apartment was spacious and beautifully decorated, truly capturing the charm of Wernigerode. We felt at home! We particularly appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, which made meal preparation easy after a long day of exploring. The location is fantastic, right on the edge of the pedestrian zone, which allowed us to easily visit local shops and restaurants. We also took a short walk to Wernigerode Castle, which is a must-see! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. I recommend it without hesitation!
