This beautiful holiday flat is located in the historic granary at Bergstraße 2 in Ueckermünde. It is a maisonette flat with a separate entrance. Rustic ceiling beams and clay framework show the original character of the house.
In the entrance area of the flat, the open kitchen with a large dining area invites you to cook together. The small bathroom with shower is also located on the ground floor. On the first floor, the stairs lead to the large, open living room (passage room). If required, up to 4 people can sleep here. On the third floor you will find the bedroom with a double bed and an additional toddler bed.
Up to 2 persons the flat costs 90,00 € the first night, every further night 60,00 €. For each additional person (up to 4 persons) € 10.00 per night. Pets are allowed, 5,00 € per pet and night will be charged.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday flat is in a quiet location in the inner city area in the KULTurSPEICHER Ueckermünde. The building is a listed old half-timbered warehouse that has been converted into a cultural centre.
Only a few minutes away, small shops invite you to go shopping. The town harbour is a 3-minute walk away, as is a bicycle rental station.
The beach can be reached by bike or car. Ueckermünde is a small, idyllically situated town on the Szczecin Lagoon. A well-preserved old town centre, small shops and cafes invite you to stroll through the town. The Szczecin Lagoon with its well-kept beach (also a separate beach for dogs) offers the best recreational opportunities, especially for families. The Ueckermünde Zoo is well known. But also numerous other adventure possibilities in the immediate vicinity, such as Ukranenland Torgelow, Samendarre Jatznick and the railway adventure centre Lokschuppen Pasewalk guarantee a varied holiday. For cyclists, there is an extensive network of cycle paths through the surrounding forests.

Short trip with Christmas market accommodation
We were warmly welcomed by Mrs. Knabe, and we were handed over a spacious, clean, and lovingly designed vacation apartment. The apartment has everything you need and is 100% vacationer-friendly equipped. We felt comfortable and slept very well.

The city lies at your feet; in just a few steps, you are in the center or at the lagoon. Free parking is available nearby. - The TV was secured with a child code, which we were not aware of.

Great accommodation
Apartment was pleasantly beautiful and super large for 2 people. We felt comfortable. We were welcomed nicely and everything was shown and explained. It was only 3 days, but we enjoyed them. I would book again at any time.
