We did not get the apartment that was booked. The "replacement" apartment we received did not have the same standards as expected and booked. The apartment we got was on the 5th floor. Kitchen: no dishwasher available. Not well equipped, so cooking was not possible. Living area: Looked great at first glance, but upon closer inspection and use, chairs were defective, furniture wobbled, and one had to be afraid it would collapse. The television was present but without programs, so it was not usable. Wi-Fi was not usable; one had to leave the apartment towards the reception. Bathroom: Small, but sufficient, if the toilet had not been completely dirty and if the silverfish had not been everywhere. Bedroom: Was okay, just needed to be cleaned. Balcony: was okay, great view. The apartment was supposed to be left broom-clean, which should not be a problem in itself. However, the vacuum cleaner was also defective and a broom or similar was not available. Holiday resort: The swimming pool was available, but the stairs into the water wobbled and were not safe. The dart machine was not playable, the table tennis table was great, the playground was very nicely designed, and the surroundings were very beautiful. The staff was very friendly and the bread roll service was great! The holiday was very nice due to the surroundings and activities, which cannot be said about the apartment. We would not want to stay in this apartment again. On the day of departure, we learned that the booked apartment was rebooked by Belvilla without informing us, let alone being assigned an equivalent one. According to the booking confirmation, we would have been on the 3rd floor. Cleanliness and equipment were miserable.

A pleasant stay overall! The highlight for us was the treetop path, which was just a short drive away. The apartment itself was comfortable, although somewhat simple in decoration. Nevertheless, we had everything we needed.

A beautiful place to escape! The indoor pool was a hit with the kids, and we took advantage of the nearby skiing options. The apartment had everything we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to comfortable beds.

This place has such an atmosphere! The indoor pool is just different after a hike in the Bavarian Forest. Also, the views from the balcony? Simply fantastic.
