Thanks to this unique location, you can hike at the Montgo massif in the morning – even with your dog – and relax on the beach in the afternoon. The best of both worlds. From the street level of the cul-de-sac and the garage, a few steps lead down to the house entrance. A small hallway leads into the living/dining area and to the kitchen. The two well-equipped bedrooms and the two bathrooms are located to the side. From both the living/dining room and one of the bedrooms, you step through large French doors out onto the terrace with a beautiful view all the way to the sea and the harbor of Denia. The covered terrace with awning invites you to dine relaxed with your loved ones and let your gaze wander. You can keep an eye on your children in the pool from here, as a staircase leads from the side of the covered terrace to the pool level with an adjoining terrace and lush Mediterranean plants. This dining area can also be protected with a side awning towards the staircase. With air conditioning in the bedrooms, fast fiber-optic internet, a large smart TV, and a stereo system, Villa Carisma also offers everything you need for your comfort from a technical standpoint.

One with 1 double bed, 1 mattress, 1.60 m wide x 2 m long, 2 bedside tables each, two-door built-in wardrobe, A/C, French door with security grille as exit to the covered terrace, mosquito net. No exterior shutter but fixed grey curtains for darkening. En suite bathroom.
2. Bedroom with 2 single beds, each 0.90 x 2 m wide, which can also be pushed together, 2 nightstands, two-door built-in wardrobe, window facing the house entrance with mosquito net, curtain, and bars.
Bathroom: 2, one en-suite, with round bathtub and shower fixture, 3 windows behind it (with the door open you can see through the large floor-to-ceiling window in the bedroom all the way down to the sea); washbasin, toilet, small cabinet, shelf.
2nd bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet, window. Living/Dining room: Stressless furniture: two-seater upholstered sofa with extendable seat and 2 adjustable armchairs with footstool; coffee table. Oval wooden dining table with 4 upholstered chairs. Kitchen: American style, with counter to the dining area, doors can be opened in both the dining and kitchen areas. Exit to the "breakfast terrace." Small pantry with refrigerator and washing machine and large wooden shelf. Sun terrace: in front of the living room and also by the pool with a beautifully landscaped garden area behind it.
Covered terrace: access from the living room and bedroom to this terrace. With dining table and 4 chairs. Awning at the front and awning at the side, which closes off the passage and can be hooked in place.

Villa Carisma is situated on a residential street / cul-de-sac in a quiet residential area on the Montgo massif. To the sandy beach Punta del Raset about 5 km by car; about 2,5 km away La Pedrera with 2 restaurants, 1 pharmacy; the supermarket Masymas and petrol station BP about 2,6 km, the big supermarket Mercadona, and cafes, pizzaria etc. about 4 km away - opposite is the big "Monday market". To the old town with pedestrian precinct of Denia about 4 km; to the port about 4 km.
Denia offers you a wide choice of all water sports and has a nice shopping area in the old town centre below the castle, as well as pedestrian promenades at the ferry harbour and the sports boat harbour with many restaurants and boat rental, both motor and sailing boats.
