Description

This modern villa in Spanish style is located above El Portet, the most beautiful bay of Moraira. After only 900 m. you can reach the bay on foot and spend a relaxing time by the sea with your family and friends.
The villa is spacious and bright, with sliding doors to the outside and cream marble flooring. The living and dining area, as well as the kitchen, with good Bosch appliances, are air-conditioned. Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own bathroom, all bedrooms are air-conditioned. For wine lovers, there is a bodega in the basement where you can temper your favourite wines. Right next to the bodega is the large bedroom and cinema room, with large 85 inch flat screen TV. Here you can enjoy a Netflix session together, or your children can bring their Playstation/X-box and dive into other worlds.
By the pool, stylish lounge sofas invite you to relax and have nice conversations while your gaze keeps wandering over the sea. Upstairs, from the large balcony in front of the master bedroom, you can enjoy an even wider view all the way to the Sierra Bernia mountain range. The rooms are on 3 levels and are connected by wide corridors and 2 staircases. You can spend a wonderful holiday in this spacious villa.

Large entrance hallway: with mirror and chest of drawers, left and right access to the two bedrooms, straight ahead to the living area. The entire floor is tiled with marble.
Kitchen: American, fully equipped, all electrical appliances are Bosch appliances.
Behind the kitchen is a small utility room with door to the outside, equipped with washing machine and dryer, freezer, iron and ironing board, 2 clothes racks
To the area downstairs, a staircase with 15 steps leads to a spacious hallway. There is a bodega/wine cellar, the large bedroom/cinema room and the large bathroom downstairs.

From summer 2023 with photovoltaic system, so that you as guests have low-cost electricity available during the day.

To the centre: of Moraira approx. 2 km, with sandy beach, pedestrian zone and many restaurants and shops.

Situation house: quiet residential area, higher situated with beautiful view, on the left the property borders on a green zone. Little visibility.

Shops, restaurants, supermarket: restaurants in El Portet bay about 800 m., small supermarket about 1.2 km. Restaurants, shops, supermarkets in the centre approx. 2 km.

Cancellation terms:

  • Cancellation If you cannot travel, please send a written notification to SunnyholidaysVillas. In every case of cancellation a compensation is payable to the Landlord by the Tenant, calculated as follows:
  • from the date of conclusion of the contract until 75 days before arrival: 30%
  • from 74 days till 45 days before arrival date: 50%
  • from 44 days before arrival date: 100% It is recommended to effect a travel cancellation insurance (i.e. for the UK: Columbus Direct, M&S Travel Insurance, AA Travel, Direct Line Travel Insurance, and others).

Ceramic cooker with 3 rings, large refrigerator without freezer compartment, but there is a separate freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, washing machine and dryer, iron/ironing board.

SAT-TV German/Astra 1, in the living room 60 inch flatscreen, and also in the 3 bedrooms, approx. 42 inch, downstairs 85 inch flatscreen with ITBox, multilingual. Weber gas barbecue with barbecue utensils, 8 garden chairs and 1 long rectangular wooden table.

8 garden loungers, 1 lounge sofa and 2 armchairs, as well as small glass table, 1 parasol and 1 awning. Above, a shaded "egg" with cushions in which 2 people can lie comfortably and enjoy the far-reaching view.

Fibre optic internet flatrate /wifi with amplifier in the rooms, approx. 1,000 MB up- and download speed.

The three upper bedrooms are equipped with room air conditioners. The living/dining area and kitchen are air-conditioned. All hot and cold. Underfloor central heating

The downstairs bedroom/cinema room is without air-conditioning, it is pleasantly cool as there is a basement to one side and a window to the other.

All windows are double glazed and fitted with electric blinds.

All bedrooms have 1 - 2 windows with anti-mosquito blinds, living/dining area has 2 windows with anti-mosquito blinds. All bathrooms have anti-mosquito blinds.
