Description

This well-maintained villa with private pool is located in a nice quiet area outside Denia and it is only a short walk to the beach.
The residential location close to the sea and the beautiful garden with a great view, cosy terrace and atmospheric lighting leave nothing to be desired.
In detail, the villa has a large living-dining room with open fireplace, 2 beautiful bedrooms, a fitted kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub. On the upper floor there is a very large bedroom with shower room and private balcony.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. The aus also has central heating for the cooler seasons.

There is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water by the pool and a brick barbecue by the pool area.

Location and surroundings of object

Villa La Buena Vida is located in the picturesque village of Els Poblets, about 10 km outside the beautiful coastal town of Denia on the Costa Blanca.
From the house you can reach the beach in 3 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot, which stretches for 20 km from Denia to Oliva. Numerous water sports are offered here, or you can relax at a nice beach bar.

The orientation of the house is south, so that you can sunbathe all day on the large terrace.
Shopping facilities in supermarkets, Aldi, Lidl, etc. are about 1 km away. A large shopping portal can be reached by car in 10 min.
The city of Denia with all its sights, markets, museums, shops, restaurants and the harbour, is 15 minutes away by car.
The beautiful hinterland with orange plantations, almond blossom and picturesque mountain villages invites you for a walk or a hike.
It is easy to get to Denia by plane. The closest airports are those in Alicante and Valencia. Both are connected to Denia via the AP-7 motorway. Exit 62 leads into the city.

Ferries to the Balearic Islands leave from the port of Denia.

Simply perfect

It is the second year we are going to La Buen Vida and we will definitely repeat.
The house is beautiful, quiet, and very well maintained. It is in an area very close to everything but at the same time away from the hustle and bustle. All the supermarkets are 3 minutes by car.
The house lacks nothing and Kathrin and Jordi make us feel at home.
It is my vacation and as its name says, it is Good Life for real :)

A dream vacation home

We have now spent our holidays in this beautiful house for the third year. It is simply great! Everything fits, the pool is beautiful and very clean, and is continuously cleaned by the owner. The house itself offers everything you need for a nice and relaxing holiday. The landlady is very nice and always reachable if you want to know something. We have already rebooked our holidays in this house for next summer.
We can highly recommend this house!

Great house

We spent five months in the house in Els Poblets, and it was great. Super quiet location, but still quick to get to the shops, and it was also a short walk to the sea. Private pool, well-maintained and very clean... Large TV with all German channels and perfectly functioning Wi-Fi... The kitchen is spacious and very well equipped... To put it briefly, we would love to come back next time!

Perfect vacation

The house is in a quiet area, yet you can quickly get to the shops, the center, restaurants, or the beach. Very well maintained and also very clean. We lacked for nothing (cutlery, plates, glasses, etc. all available in sufficient quantity), the beds were comfortable and not sagging, the air conditioning works, the dishwasher, etc. works. The pool is amazing with a view of the beautiful house. Parking is directly at the house but also in front of it. The hosts are super nice. Always available for questions and one feels very comfortable as a guest.

Super nice vacation home!

The vacation home is very clean and impeccably maintained. The homeowner is always reachable and nice as well as accommodating. The house is only a few minutes away from the beach. Pure relaxation

In May 2023, we were the first guests at La Buena Vida. We liked it so much that we came back in September 2023. The house offers everything we need for a nice vacation. Everything is very clean, including a large and well-equipped kitchen. The terrace, garden, and pool are pure relaxation. The surroundings are a quiet residential area, perfectly located for an evening walk to the sea. Our thanks go to Mrs. Angermann, who was always available for us. We are looking forward to our next vacation in La Buena Vida in 2024.
