Description
A detached stylish house in Tuscany, between Volterra, Montaione and San Gimignano with swimming pool. It is at ground level, 75 m2 space for 4 people. To have the house surrounded by a big garden, where is the swimming pool (10x15 mt wide and mt deep), and even a hot tub.

Location and surroundings of object
Nearby San Gimignano (27 km) and Volterra (15 km), in an area that is often considered the most beautiful of Tuscany called, is CAPANNINA House. In our organic farmers house is our Hofbäckerei and offers an extensive selection of organic bakery products, such as various types of wholemeal bread, cakes and biscuits. On our farm shop offers a selection of natural food products such as spreads, flour, and more from organic production. Our vacation package includes: wood-baked bread, homemade pasta, olive oil, red wine, fresh eggs, delicious cakes and ... Pizza on Monday or Tuesday. All inclusive and directly from our wood stove Nature lovers can explore this beautiful area to which the hills up twining paths on foot, horseback or mountain bike, and thus discover the true beauty of this landscape. A riding stable is 6 km away, golf course 15 km (Castelfalfi) and a very good restaurant 7 km. In about half an hour to reach Pisa (47 km) and about three quarters of an hour Lucca (52 km).
The coast, Florence and Siena can be reached in about an hour's drive.

Wonderful relaxing 2 weeks holiday
Well-equipped house, 100% Tuscany, super pool, excellent wifi, helpful and always good-humoured hosts. Ideal as a starting point for excursions.

Pure relaxation
We spent 14 wonderfully relaxing days in the house Capannina. The house, the pool, the wonderful location, the tranquillity and the hospitality of the Floriddia family made our holiday an unforgettable experience. Within an hour's drive you can easily reach Pisa, Florence, Livorno and Siena. The small towns in the surrounding area (e.g. Volterra) are also very worth seeing and can be reached in about 20 minutes. After our day tours, we could relax in the wonderful pool surrounded by a beautiful landscape. The house is well equipped and offers everything you need on holiday. Our son, 14, was delighted with the stone barbecue, which we used very often. Super holiday.

It was great !
Many thanks to Sonia and Rosario for the wonderful time. The great view, the very quiet location and the beautiful and clean flat made our stay very relaxing. Thank you again for the delicious Pomodori e Zuchini and the world's best pizza! The 50m2 pool, which was cleaned daily, is wonderful. We used the great stone barbecue very often (bring your own barbecue tongs)We explored Tuscany from here and took away many beautiful impressions. Our best recommendations and best regards

Super: Super
It was one of my best vacations, together with my 92-year-old mother. The Floriddia family was very nice and caring. And the house: complete furnishings, the kitchen with enough dishes, the two bathrooms, the small covered terrace, the beautiful, daily cleaned pool - really for relaxation and enjoyment! I will definitely come back! P.S.: The organic bakery and their own organic wines are a stroke of luck!
