Brunello is the result of a recent renovation which has transformed this ancient barn into a beautiful and comfortable detached villa, ideal for spending a relaxing holiday in the very heart of Tuscany.
Internally the cottage offers comfortable and cosy rooms, is well furnished in rustic style and provided with all modern facilities.
The house, complety enclosed, is provided with a private swimming pool (5x10 m. - depth 1,20-1,60 m.) available from May to October set in an olive grove with nice panoramic view over the countryside.

Brunello is very centrally situated for visiting the most renowned historical and art centres in Tuscany as well as many other smaller characteristic villages in the Chianti region, and within easy reach of the "Siena - Florence" dual carriageway (8 km).
Essential services (food shop and restaurant) are available in the nearby village of Ulignano ( meters), whilst all kinds of services (supermarkets, banks, railway station, horse riding, tennis, etc.) can be found in the close town of Poggibonsi (8 km).

- COVID-19 CANCELLATION POLICY The client would have the option to defer the booking, receive a Credit voucher or cancel the booking and receive a full refund. This applies to bookings confirmed starting from September 2020 with arrival between September 2020 and December 2021, where the holiday dates coincides with the following restrictions: 1.Government restrictions imposed on travel as a result of COVID-19, including national or regional lockdowns which prevent the client from travelling on holiday. 2.Government restrictions imposed on travel as a result of COVID-19 that prevent travel to the area where the accommodation is located. 3.Closure of holiday letting accommodation as a result of COVID-19. This special clause does not apply to other cases (even if linked to COVID.19 emergency) such as: 1.Client’s inability to travel due to illness of himself or any member of his group (including COVID -19) * 2.Client’s inability to travel due to the need of self-isolation for him or any member of his group * 3.Transport disruptions and cancellation * 4.Curfew taking place in the area where the accommodation is located 5.Closures of bars, restaurants and points of interest in the area where the accommodation is located ( * ) These events can be covered by taking out travel insurance. In case the client decides to accept to either defer your booking or be provided with a credit voucher, refund will no longer be an option. Both must be used by the end of 18 months. Please note: If client were unable or unwilling to travel for any other reason, our normal cancellation terms would apply.

Sublime holiday home in the heart of Tuscany
Recommended! This holiday home in the middle of the Tuscan hills is fully equipped. Large, beautifully landscaped garden with lots of privacy, private swimming pool, and spectacular views. The homeowner and his (English-speaking) niece are very friendly and helpful. The house was spotlessly clean. The owner quietly takes care of the necessary maintenance of the garden and pool in the early morning. The location is centrally located in Tuscany for day trips to Florence, San Gimignano, Volterra, Siena, etc. We had a fantastic week!
