The apartment is fully furnished for up to 4 people and has two separate bedrooms. The living area is approx. 70m² and is divided into 2.5 rooms. From the balcony and the terrace you have a wonderful view over the rooftops of Cologne, even the towers of the cathedral are within sight. As with all our apartments, this is a non-smoking apartment. If needed, a parking space in the courtyard of the building can be rented. Passenger cars up to the size of a minivan can be parked here.

From the "Neumarkt" stop you can reach all parts of the city; in particular, it is only a few stops to the Cologne trade fair.
