The apartment Hoamatgfühl was a super cozy, comfortable, and well-equipped apartment with everything one could wish for for a week. Great shower, two nice balconies, and as mentioned, everything was there. I would love to come back.

We were recently in the vacation apartment and were thrilled. We have never been in such a well-equipped vacation apartment. From salt and pepper to kitchen roll, a variety of dishes, even children's cutlery is available. The beds are a dream. You don't want to get out of the shower. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, even on the balcony. The location is also great. Two bakeries as well as grocery stores Edeka and Norma are within walking distance. A tip outside the vacation rental: Fuel prices are a whole 30 cents per liter cheaper in Austria! ! !

The holiday apartment is very beautiful and well-equipped. The balcony offers plenty of space and has a nice view of the mountain panorama. We have been here twice already and will come again more often.

Very clean and excellently equipped holiday apartment. City center and restaurants reachable within a maximum of 15 minutes on foot. Kreuzeckbahn/Alpenspitzebahn also easily accessible on foot. Field path at the edge of the village, nice walk in good weather. Friendly lady from the agency during key handover. Price for the apartment absolutely justified.

We spent 2 very beautiful and sunny weeks in the Hoamatgfühl with 2 children (13 and 11). The apartment made us completely happy. Especially the kitchen is top equipped and really includes EVERYTHING at a high level that the guest who also cooks needs. The beds are great, the provision of linens and towels is wonderfully sufficient for 4 people/14 days, the support from the Mahr agency is excellent, and the walking distance to the center is perfect. The only thing we definitely missed was a table for 4 people on the balcony. It shouldn't be too big, but it should be sufficient for breakfast and would have made the apartment really perfect for us. Thank you very much! We recommend and would gladly come back!

We spent two weeks on our vacation in Garmisch. It was very nice. The holiday apartment was stunningly beautiful. The furnishings were very modern, bright, clean, and nothing was missing. After a strenuous hike, one was happy to return to the holiday apartment, as one felt really comfortable there. The apartment was located on a quiet side street, yet the center of Garmisch was quickly reachable on foot. All in all, a successful vacation. We will come back.

This apartment was THE cleanest place we have ever rented. It’s modern, the beds were very comfortable, and the shower is awesome. I think the bathroom floors are heated too! We cannot say enough great things about this rental and will ALWAYS rent from this company. We can’t wait to come back. The staff was so friendly at the main office as well. We will recommend this place over and over to our friends.

Uncomplicated booking / key handover (also outside of opening hours). Everything organized in advance via email, so no time has to be wasted on paperwork on-site. Apartment: TOP! We were in the beautiful apartment Hoamatgefühl for the second time. As soon as we walked in, we felt at home. The cozy atmosphere immediately invites you to relax. Everything is very clean and lovingly furnished. The bathroom is modern, and we found everything we wished for in the kitchen. The apartment is within walking distance to the town center, so we could always visit restaurants and shops without a car. The handling upon arrival and departure was very professional and super friendly. We are already looking forward to the next vacation at "Hoamatgefühl."

The apartment lives up to what it promises in the online offer. The beam structure in this attic apartment, high-quality materials, modern furniture, and stylish decorations create a cozy atmosphere, making you feel at home. Thus, even a completely rainy vacation week in Garmisch could be enjoyed. The location to the town and the view of the surrounding mountains are top-notch. The service from Mahr couldn't be better. We were contacted shortly before our arrival and were able to retrieve the key from a safe after office hours on the day of arrival and return it to the same place on the day of departure.

The apartment is located in a very quiet residential area. There are plenty of shopping options nearby. The apartment can be recommended with a clear conscience.

Dear ladies and gentlemen, we would like to take this opportunity. First of all: This is a very nice holiday apartment, equipped with a lot of style and generous space. We felt very comfortable! We would like to note some details critically: The kitchen is under-equipped on the cutlery side. There are many beer glasses, but 6 knives and 6 forks are too few for a 4-person apartment. Especially since there is a large dishwasher - there would have been space for at least... To have 3 meals when one would have to rinse by hand due to the lack of cutlery, etc. One thing bothered us: In the neighboring street, just one plot of land behind the house, there is currently a large construction site (General Patton facility). We believe there should have been an administrative notice about construction noise - no one likes to be woken up on vacation by the noise of excavators, concrete mixers, and beeping trucks starting in reverse from 7 AM. Such a noisy construction site must not be overlooked!
