A view of the mountains straight from the balcony. The generously sized holiday apartment “Sonnensteig” offers a panoramic view which you will remember long after your holiday.
However not only the large balcony makes this holiday apartment, in the St. Martin holiday residence at the outskirts of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, a perfect holiday home. Its location is perfect for hikers and skiers in particular.
The dining area is a particular highlight – located in a bay window. The large window front mean that this is a pleasantly sunny spot on nice days in summer and winter alike.
Holiday apartment with two levels
This holiday apartment has two levels on the upper and top floor in this holiday residence. As a result, there is plenty of private space for the whole family or up to three couples who want to go on holiday together in Garmisch-Partenkirchen.
This apartment’s 89 square meters offer plenty of space for up to six people. The six beds are in three bedrooms, with a bright or romantic look. There are two bathrooms.

Schöne Wohnung, komplett ausgestattet. Sehr kleine Küche, dafür großes Wohnzimmer. Zwei moderne Bäder. Die Lage ist ok, man kann das meiste fußläufig erreichen.

Wir waren mit 6 Personen (4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) und können die Ferienwohnung jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Der große Tisch im Wohn- bzw. Eßzimmer ist perfekt zum spielen geeignet und um die gemeinsamen Mahlzeiten einzunehmen. Die Küche ist zwar klein aber gut ausgestattet. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen.

Wir waren zu sechst für eine Woche in dieser insgesamt schönen Wohnung. Sie ist für sechs Personen schon eher klein, insbesondere die Küche und der Eingangsflur, aber dafür hat sie ein tolles Wohn-/Esszimmer mit einem klasse Ausblick. Die drei eher kleinen Schlafzimmer sind zweckmäßig ausgestattet und reichen völlig aus für das, wofür sie gemacht sind: schlafen. In einem der oberen Zimmer ist das Doppelbett nicht besonders breit und verfügt auch über nur eine Matratze. Das ist nicht schlimm, sollte man aber wissen. Die Wohnung hat insgesamt drei Balkone, was wirklich schön ist. Wir haben sie wetterbedingt natürlich nicht wirklich genutzt, aber gerade der Balkon vom Wohn-/Esszimmer abgehend ist sehr einladend gestaltet und für wärmere Tage bestimmt eine schöne Sache. Toll sind die Waschmaschine und der Trockner im Keller, insbesondere wenn man zum Skifahren da ist und doch auch mal öfter waschen muss. Die Lage ist auch gut, man erreicht fußläufig schnell verschiedene Supermärkte und könnte sogar, wenn man wollte, zum Hausberg hinlaufen (ca. 20 - 25 Minuten). Insgesamt können wir die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schöne, geräumige FeWo in der alles zu finden ist, was man in einer FeWo braucht. Die Küche war bestens sortiert, und auch die Bäder waren sehr gepflegt. Auch die Schlafzimmer waren sehr schön und sauber. Hervorzuheben ist der wunderschöne Erker mit Einbaubank, wo man problemlos mit 6 Personen Frühstücken/Essen konnte.. Wenn man nicht gut zu Fuß ist, muss man bedenken, das sich diese FeWo im OG befindet, und sich auch über das DG erstreckt. Die Duplexgarage konnten wir nicht nutzen, da es mit unseren SUV von der Höhe nicht möglich war. Spielte aber keine Rolle, da es vor dem Haus in der Straße sehr viele Parkmöglichkeiten gibt. Auch die Schlüsselübergabe bzw. Abgabe waren sehr schnell und unkompliziert. Wir kommen wieder:

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung über 2 Etagen. Sie ist perfekt ausgestattet. Die Aussicht auf die Berge war unverbaut. Die Lage am Ortsrand bietet eben viele Vorteile. Ins Zentrum sind wir immer gerne ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß gelaufen.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Bis zum Hauptgeschehen des Ortes muss man zwar ein paar Schritte laufen, aber die Landschaft und das Panorama ist einfach nur herrlich und man vergisst schnell unterwegs zu sein. Es war ein toller Erlebnisurlaub in wunderschöner Natur, toller Umgebung und bei netten Menschen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Im Großen und Ganzen ok. Ein paar Dinge müssten dringend gemacht werden. Zum Beispiel die Teppiche sind alt und mit Flecken übersät, genauso das gelbe Sofa im Wohnzimmer, dessen Flecken mit nicht besser aussehenden Decken abgedeckt waren. Wir hatten keine Lust, uns auf das schmutzig aussehende Sofa zu setzen. Natürlich ist das auf den Fotos nicht zu erkennen. Genauso Flecken in Vorhängen, Kissen und so weiter, einige Küchenutensilien sahen auch nicht gut aus, Nachtschränkchen und einige andere Oberflächen waren staubig bei Wohnungsbezug. Übler Geruch in der Abstellkammer, die einer Gerümpelkammer glich. Obere Schlafzimmer klein, aber gut. Badezimmer oben und Balkons waren sehr schön.

Schöne, helle und große Ferienwohnung mit super Bergpanorama vom Balkon und oberen Bad. Sauber und ausreichende Ausstattung für sechs Personen. Einzige Minuspunkte,die optisch abgenutzte Couch im Wohnbereich, das Bett im oberen Schlafzimmer ist sehr klein und hat eine zu weiche Matratze. Duplexgarage leider für unser Fahrzeug nicht nutzbar. Wohnung liegt an einer sehr stark befahrenen Straße am Ortsausgang.

Die Wohnung war super top Lage nur einige Minuten bis ins Zentrum. Die Zimmer sind sauber und sehr gut gepflegt wirklich wie auf den Fotos. Also alllem in allem waren wir sehr begeistert und kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren schon zum 2.Mal in dieser schönen Wohnung. Auf 2 Ebenen hat man viel Platz und viel Licht. Die Aussicht vom Wohnraum ist einfach toll. Und der schöne Erker lädt zum Klönen ein. Die Innenstadt und die Hausbergstation sind leicht erreichbar. Alles war also bestens.

The kitchen was well stocked, and the bathrooms were also very well-maintained.
The bedrooms were also very nice and clean.
The beautiful bay window with built-in bench deserves special mention, where you could easily have breakfast/dinner with 6 people..
If you are not good on foot, you have to consider that this holiday apartment is located on the first floor and also extends over the attic.
We could not use the duplex garage because our SUV was too high. But it didn't matter, as there are many parking spaces in the street in front of the house.
The key handover and return were also very quick and uncomplicated.
We will come back.

We were six people staying in this overall nice apartment for a week. It is rather small for six people, especially the kitchen and entrance hallway, but it has a great living/dining room with a fantastic view. The three rather small bedrooms are functional and sufficient for what they are intended for: sleeping. In one of the upper rooms, the double bed is not particularly wide and only has one mattress. That's not a problem, but it's good to know. The apartment has a total of three balconies, which is really nice. Due to the weather, we didn't really use them, but especially the balcony connected to the living/dining room is very inviting and certainly a nice feature for warmer days. The washing machine and dryer in the basement are great, especially if you're there for skiing and need to do laundry more often. The location is also good, with various supermarkets within walking distance and the option to walk to the local mountain (about 20-25 minutes). Overall, we can recommend the apartment.

We were with 6 people (4 adults and 2 children) and can recommend the vacation rental at any time. The apartment is cozy and has everything you need. The large table in the living or dining room is perfect for playing and having meals together. The kitchen is small but well equipped. We will gladly come back.

The apartment Sonnensteig is not only cozy but also really equipped with everything you need, and we felt comfortable from the first moment. We were 3 adults and 2 children, so we could use the 3 bedrooms perfectly. We can recommend the apartment at any time.

We felt very comfortable in the two-story apartment. It is perfectly equipped. The view of the mountains was unobstructed. The location on the outskirts has many advantages. We always enjoyed walking to the center, which took about 20 minutes.

We were already for the 2nd time in this beautiful apartment. On 2 levels you have a lot of space and a lot of light. The view from the living room is simply great. And the beautiful bay window invites you to chat. The city center and the mountain house station are easily accessible.

Super location with fantastic views. Good facilities and nice bathrooms.
However, those who want to come here in midsummer should rather opt for the holiday apartment "Romantik" located directly below. Since the holiday apartment "Sonnensteig" extends as a maisonette from the 1st floor to the attic, it becomes unbearably hot at the top.
