The light-flooded living room offers you a comfortable sofa, TV and DVD player, a hi-fi system with CD player as well as a fully equipped high-quality kitchenette with fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, 4-plate ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, blender, toaster and kettle.
A beautiful side sea view and an electric fireplace in the living room create the perfect holiday atmosphere.
Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
In the larger bedroom you will find a double bed (1.80x2m), wardrobe, TV and a sauna.
The smaller bedroom is equipped with a double bed (1.60x2m), wardrobe and TV.
The smaller bedroom has a sunny south-facing loggia in front of it, where a massage chair is ready for you.
The beautiful bathroom has a whirlpool, WC, shower and hairdryer as well as underfloor heating.
Smoking is not permitted in the holiday flat.
We can provide you with a cot and high chair free of charge by arrangement.
The flat is located on the first floor.
There is a lift in the house (it stops halfway up the stairs).
The flat has a beach chair on the beach in front of the villa (from May to September)
and a parking space at the house (both included in the price).
By arrangement and for an extra charge (plus € 10/night and € 20 surcharge for final cleaning), a dog up to knee height is allowed.

The "Sommerwind" holiday flat in Villa Frigga - a historic villa in seaside style - is located directly on the beach promenade of Binz, right on the fine white bathing beach. You can reach the pier in 2 minutes on foot. The same goes for the centre with restaurants, bakeries, shops, boutiques, etc. The spa administration and the spa park are also nearby.
