Description

On the ground floor of the house there is a large room with living-dining area and kitchen, as well as a bedroom with large windows facing Lake Constance and a sliding door to the terrace and its own bathroom, as well as a guest toilet. A beautiful mahogany staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are 4 more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Of these 4 rooms, 2 are double bedrooms and 2 rooms have beds that are 120 cm wide.

Location and surroundings of object

Kattenhorn is a small romantic community and belongs to Öhningen. It lies in the immediate vicinity of the Swiss border with the beautiful town of Stein am Rhein. Öhningen and also Wangen, 5 minutes away by car, have a small harbour and a landing stage for Lake Constance shipping. There are beautiful hiking routes and many cycle paths that lead through the numerous nature reserves. Many good restaurants nearby as well as publicly accessible lidos round off the offer.

Unfortunately, we now live in Vienna ourselves and can only use it as a holiday home, so we would like to give others the opportunity to use this beautiful place.
