Description
In the open living, dining, and kitchen area with fireplace, you can enjoy the view of the sea, garden, and pool at any time. The fully equipped kitchen offers, among other things, a dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, as well as a portafilter coffee machine with coffee grinder and a capsule coffee machine.
A total of 4 comfortable double bedrooms are available. Each pair of bedrooms shares a bathroom with shower or bathtub, WC, and bidet. Additionally, there is a separate guest WC as well as a storage room with washing machine.
Amenities include fiber-optic high-speed internet (WiFi), satellite TV, bocce court, a well-kept garden, and private parking for 2 cars.
The location is very quiet and offers excellent privacy. Thanks to minimal light pollution, the starry sky is perfectly visible on clear nights, accompanied by the soothing sound of the sea. Nevertheless, you can reach the beaches, restaurants, and attractions of Algajola, Calvi, and Île Rousse in just a few minutes.

You can reach four padel courts in about five minutes by car, tennis courts in about 15 minutes. The beach of Algajola, a popular spot for windsurfing, kitesurfing, and surfing, is only about two minutes away by car. The region is known for its picturesque coastal towns, crystal-clear water, and diverse leisure activities such as swimming, hiking, sailing, stand-up paddling, windsurfing, or surfing. Beautiful walking and coastal paths start directly from the accommodation, leading to hidden bays, viewpoints, and the mountainous hinterland. The varied coastal landscape around Algajola also offers attractive routes for cycling tours.
The surrounding area also has much to offer in terms of cuisine: Numerous restaurants serve Corsican specialties, freshly caught fish, and select wines from the region. Thanks to the low light pollution, you can enjoy a spectacular starry sky on clear nights, accompanied by the gentle sound of the sea. Even outside the summer months, the region is an insider tip – in spring, the maquis and citrus trees bloom, in autumn, mild climate and fewer tourists attract visitors.

Dream vacation!
We had a wonderful family vacation at Eva's house. The house is spacious, comfortable, and super panoramic. The real luxury is the private descent to the sea when the surrounding beaches are crowded, the pool overlooking the sea, the wonderful sunsets in the evening, and sleeping while watching the sea and the starry sky, immersed in the sound of the sea… Eva's house is pure poetry, both the kitchen and the laundry are very well equipped. It was painful to leave!!

Outstanding ??
We are very satisfied with the communication ? , after a brief consultation we were allowed to enter the villa earlier and were also allowed to stay longer at the end, as our return trip was only in the evening from Bastia. During the stay, the pool turned over, from beautiful blue to shabby green. A quick consultation was held and while we were on our motorcycle tour, the pool was professionally cleaned. When we returned from the tour, the water was excellent again. We were not there for the first time and will definitely come back. ?

Better doesn't get any better.
Dreamlike location with direct access to the beach, perfect amenities and cleanliness, immediate assistance with a small technical problem, no points of criticism, sitting on the terrace every morning and evening 50 m from the sea...

Best location
The house is wonderfully located! right above the coast! The pool is pure luxury and the house is very spacious and well-equipped (except for air conditioning). We thoroughly enjoyed the 2 1/2 weeks.
