Relax for two - with this modern furnished holiday apartment you will definitely succeed! The apartment is on the top floor of the house. In a few minutes you can reach the center of the beautiful island of Borkum, but the apartment is very quiet. It has a large, cozy living and dining kitchen where you will find it easy to switch off. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a comfort that will make cooking easier for you and that you need for a successful time on Borkum. Additional features include a comfortable living area, an armchair to relax in, a beautiful dining table with comfortable chairs and a flat screen TV. In addition to the living and dining area, the bedroom is also equipped with a flat screen TV. In the comfortable box spring double bed you can sleep wonderfully restfully. The wardrobe offers enough space for the things you have brought with you. The bathroom with daylight, which is equipped with a spacious shower and - as a highlight of the apartment - a sauna, is another reason to be able to really enjoy your holiday. In addition, the sun terrace, equipped with a parasol and seating, invites you to relax and linger.
You can park your car in a private parking lot. You can use the washing machine and dryer in a common room.
Note: the apartment is accessed via an external staircase which may be uncomfortable for dogs.

Außergewöhnliche gute Lage,sehr nette und geschmackvolle Dachwohnung. Gute Ausstattung der Küche, Fernseher , wlan und Sauna top. Angenehme Fußboden Heizung . Betten etwas weich , Bettbezug und Unterbett bisschen rutschig. Wir kommen gerne wieder .

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung und wirklich in top Lage. Einziger Minuspunkt: Die Matratzen sind zuuuu weich. :-) Kommen aber gerne wieder!

der Lichtschalter am Bett ( Kopfteil ) liegt nicht ideal. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden.ch

Sehr ansprechendes Mobiliar und komfortable Ausstattung. Super ist die eigene Sauna! Professionelle Buchung und Abwicklung. Super ruhige Lage, dennoch mitten im Ort. Ein kleiner Teppich / Läufer im Wohnraum und/oder vor dem Bett würde optisch noch gut dazu passen. Ach ja, und der Schutz-Spannbezug unter dem normalen Spannbett-Tuch war vom Material her etwas "rutschig"... aber sonst war alles TOP.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden die Fewo für unseren nächsten Urlaub wieder buchen. P.s. Vielleicht wäre es möglich eine Wäschespinne anzubringen und ein etwas größerer Grill wäre klasse liebe Grüße

Eine wunderbare Wohnung. Alles war top.. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen dank einer sehr gut ausgestatteten Wohnung.

Eine Lampe ist falsch geklemmt. Sowohl an der Wohnungseingangstür, als auch neben dem Esstisch ist ein Lichtschalter nicht belegt. Dafür gehen die Deckenlampe im Eingangsbereich und der 3er Strahler am Balken auf einem Schalter gemeinsam an. Dies führt dazu, das man den 3er Strahler eigentlich nicht nutzen kann, da immer beide angehen und das Lucht im Eingangsbereich sehr hell ist, was gut ist, wenn man nach Hause kommt, aber even auch störend, wenn Man am Tisch zum Essen Licht haben möchte. Da alles zum Kuchen backen da ist, wäre auch einen Kuchenplatte schön. Und wir haben ein Brotmesser/ generell 1-3 große Messer vermisst. Sonst top Ausstattung, sehr schöne Wohnung und Lage.
