Description

This modern holiday apartment on the ground floor of the house offers you the opportunity to spend an unforgettable holiday on the North Sea island of Borkum with up to four people. The location of the apartment impresses with its proximity to the center, yet it is very quiet and invites you to relax and take a deep breath.
The large living and dining kitchen makes you feel at home. There is a large flat-screen TV that can be rotated to face the adjacent living area. The open kitchen is fully equipped - in addition to a microwave, toaster, freezer and a dishwasher, all the cooking utensils your heart desires are available. At the large dining table and on the comfortable chairs you can dine excellently. But also the highlight of the apartment - a large sun terrace, which adjoins the living and dining area - invites you to linger and recharge your batteries. Thanks to the garden adjacent to the terrace, your four-legged friend will also love the temporary home.
The two bedrooms of the apartment are equipped with box spring beds, which ensure a restful sleep. The bedrooms are also equipped with a flat screen TV. The apartment has a wonderfully spacious bathroom with two sinks, daylight, a walk-in shower and even an in-house sauna, which provides a pleasant change, especially in the cold season. There is also a separate guest toilet.
You can park your car in a private parking lot. You can use the washing machine and dryer in a common room.

Sehr luxuriöse und hervorragend ausgestattete Wohnung. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. In den kälteren Monaten ist die Sauna ein absolutes Highlight. Die Lage direkt am Rand der Fußgängerzone ist ebenfalls ideal und dennoch ruhig.

Eine helle,freundliche , gut eingerichtet und gepflegt Wohnung. Die guten Geister hatten alles tiptop hergerichtet und liebevoll arrangiert. Wir sind beide gehbehindert und deshalb war die Wohnung für uns ideal. Gerne wieder. PS Die Vitrinentür "hängt" hat uns nicht gestört , sollte aber nachgestellt werden nur zur Info

Dear Mr. Neteler, we really enjoyed our stay! Especially noteworthy is the great decor and furnishings. Also, the kitchen utensils, dishes, etc., are of high quality, making it a pleasure to prepare our own meals. One suggestion for improvement: the cleaning staff should be a bit quieter - the neighboring apartment was cleaned around 11 am into the afternoon, and it was quite loud (I mean less the vacuum cleaner and such, but the people). That was a bit bothersome. Our dog also felt very comfortable; the apartment and the area are truly perfect for a vacation with a dog. Best regards and thank you for the smooth handling! Beautifully renovated apartment at the end of the pedestrian zone. A highlight is certainly the small but nice sauna :) However, the apartment is quite noisy. Large fenced garden and terrace furniture available. For our dog, it's a paradise :) No blinds are available, but there are very good blackout rollers. Sufficient towels, drying towels, dishwasher tabs, etc. are provided. A laundry room with a dryer is available in a separate room. There is a drying rack in the apartment. All in all, a successful holiday. We will definitely come back :)
