Description
This modern holiday apartment on the ground floor of the house offers you the opportunity to spend an unforgettable holiday on the North Sea island of Borkum with up to four people. The location of the apartment impresses with its proximity to the center, yet it is very quiet and invites you to relax and take a deep breath.
The large living and dining kitchen makes you feel at home. There is a large flat-screen TV that can be rotated to face the adjacent living area. The open kitchen is fully equipped - in addition to a microwave, toaster, freezer and a dishwasher, all the cooking utensils your heart desires are available. At the large dining table and on the comfortable chairs you can dine excellently. But also the highlight of the apartment - a large sun terrace, which adjoins the living and dining area - invites you to linger and recharge your batteries. Thanks to the garden adjacent to the terrace, your four-legged friend will also love the temporary home.
The two bedrooms of the apartment are equipped with box spring beds, which ensure a restful sleep. The bedrooms are also equipped with a flat screen TV. The apartment has a wonderfully spacious bathroom with two sinks, daylight, a walk-in shower and even an in-house sauna, which provides a pleasant change, especially in the cold season. There is also a separate guest toilet.
You can park your car in a private parking lot. You can use the washing machine and dryer in a common room.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, ruhig gelegen und doch zentral. Nach einem kalten pustigen Strandspaziergang haben wir die besonders die Sauna genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung ist modern und dennoch gemütlich eingerichtet. Gefühlt sehr neu. Die Lage ist toll-total ruhig und dennoch im Zentrum. Man ist such ganz fix am Strand. Mit Parkplatz, Fahrradstellplatz etc. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Sehr geehrter Herr Neteler, uns hat es sehr gut gefallen! Besonders hervorzuheben ist die tolle Einrichtung und Ausstattung. Auch die Küchenutensilien, Geschirr usw. ist hochwertig, sodass man sich gerne auch selbst verpflegt. Ein Verbesserungsvorschlag: das Reinigungspersonal sollte etwas ruhiger sein - die Nachbarswohnung wurde so gegen 11 bis in den Mittag hinein gereinigt und dabei war es ziemlich laut (damit meine ich weniger den STaubsauger und Co. sondern die Personen). Das war etwas störend. Unser Hund hat sich ebenfalls sehr wohl gefühlt, die Wohnung und das Areal ist wirklich bestens für einen Urlaub mit Hund geeignet. Die Fewo hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Kleines Manko: sie ist etwas hellhörig. Von Vorteil wären auch Garderobenhaken neben dem Eingang (vielleicht ähnlich wie im Bad nur mit anderen Haken).

Eine fantastische Ferienwohnung, die alle Wünsche erfüllt hat und aufgrund der Lage zudem perfekt für nicht mehr so mobile Senioren wie uns beiden (85 Jahre) ist. Ambiente, Ausstattung und Sauberkeit sind vorbildlich. Herzlichen Dank auch an Herrn Neteler und sein Team für ausgezeichnete und zuverlässige Betreuung, Beratung und Abwicklung. Schöne sanierte Wohnung am Ende der Fußgängerzone. Ein Highlight ist sicherlich die kleine aber feine Sauna :) Die Wohnung ist aber ziemlich hellhörig. Großer eingezäunter Garten und Terrassenmöbel vorhanden. Für unseren Hund ein Paradies :) Keine Jalousien vorhanden aber dafür sehr gute Verdunklungsrollos. Es werden ausreichend Handtücher, Trockentücher, Spülmaschienentabs etc zur Verfügung gestellt. Ein Wäscheraum mit Trockner ist in einem separaten Raum vorhanden. Wäscheständer gibt es in der Wohnung. Alles im allem ein gelungener Urlaub. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder :)
