The holiday flat is lovingly and modernly furnished. All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating. The hedge-fenced terrace with cosy garden furniture invites you to linger and relax. The holiday flat is a non-smoking accommodation. Washing machine and dryer are available in the common room for a fee (approx. 2 euros). Lockable bicycle storage is available in the cellar. Just opposite the holiday home there is a beach chair rental and bicycle rental. Shopping facilities, bakery and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. From the harbour in Breege, approx. 2 km away, excursions by boat to the island of Hiddensee and to the Störtebeker Festival are possible. There are two car parking spaces and one boat parking space directly at the property. These parking spaces are each marked with the flat number 20. Optimal cycling and hiking possibilities to explore the island complete the offer. Pets are unfortunately not allowed in consideration of allergy sufferers!

The flat is located in the Baltic Sea resort of Juliusruh on Rügen - Germany's most beautiful island ! The 8 km long, fine sandy beach, which reaches almost to Cape Arkona, is approx. 150 m away. The holiday flat is located in the centre of Juliusruh with restaurants, cafes and shopping facilities.
One of the most beautiful Baltic Sea beaches is along the Schaabe. The wide, fine-sand beach is white and has a gently sloping shore - ideal for small children and non-swimmers.
With a beach length of about 9 km, you will find enough quiet sections for sunbathing and, of course, swimming.
The water quality is absolutely top. It meets all requirements
