This holiday home has everything your heart desires! Close to the centre and the beach of Domburg, yet quiet, with the use of a large private garden... the house tastefully decorated and equipped with all comforts.
A lovely, bright living room with 2 two-seater sofas, a flat screen TV, DVD player and a radio with CD player.
An open kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment and a 4-burner cooker.
Also on the ground floor is the bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin. Also on the ground floor is the master bedroom with 2 single beds, freshly made on arrival. On the first floor (accessible via a steep staircase) you will find another bedroom with a single bed.
The house is centrally heated and is a non-smoking version, pets are not allowed.
You can park your car in front of the house on a private plot.

Location and surroundings of object
Domburg is a real seaside resort, very busy in summer, but it is also cosy. The beach is wide and clean, the village looks picturesque with its old buildings. Domburg has a wide sandy beach. You will find beach pavilions and beach cabins everywhere.
Domburg lies on the edge of the nature reserve "De Manteling", a unique wooded area on the edge of the dunes. An enormous variety of animals and plants can be found here. The forest stretches from Domburg to Oostkapelle.

- 6. Annullierung 6.1. Der Vermieter kann durch besondere Umstände gezwungen sein den Mietvertrag zu annullieren oder auf zu lösen. Annullierung und Entbindung müssen schriftlich ablaufen. Der Vermieter wird in diesem Fall sein Äußerstes tun dem Mieter eine Alternative anzubieten. Gelingt dies nicht zur Zufriedenheit des Mieters, muss der Vermieter, ohne jedwede Haftung des Vermieters, alle durch den Mieter bezahlten Beträge zurück überweisen. 6.2.1. Annullierungen und Auflösung müssen Sie erst telefonisch melden, wonach Sie dies, unter Beifügung des Mietvertrags, per Einschreiben bestätigen. Dieses Schreiben muss an Walcheren Vakanties gerichtet sein. 6.2.2. Bei Annullierungen innerhalb 24 Stunden nach der Reservierung ist das Optionsrecht in Kraft (sieh Punkt 5). 6.2.3. Bei Annullierungen nach 24 Stunden und bis 3 Monaten vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 15 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.4. Bei Annullierungen zwischen 3 Monaten und einem Monat vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 50 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.5. Bei Annullierungen zwischen einem Monat und einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 75 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.6. Bei Annullierungen unter einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 100 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. Zu jeder Zeit werden bei Annullierungen die Administrationskosten erhoben. 6.3. Der Vermieter wird nach Empfang einer Annullierung von Seiten des Mieters eine Annullierungsrechnung erstellen, unter Berücksichtigung der Bestimmungen dieses Artikels. Bereits Bezahlte Summen werden konform des Inhalts der Annullierungsrechnung verrechnet und jedwede Saldos zu Gunsten des Mieters werden zurücküberwiesen.
