Description
Our house is the last but one in the quiet residential street to the lake. About 300m 2 min. walk. A small sandy beach with benches invites you to swim. Nature lovers will enjoy the lake eagle, osprey, beaver and kingfisher. Directly in front of the house you can start great hikes by bike or on foot past idyllic lakes, often with further bathing spots. The holiday flat is located on the 1st floor of our house with a large terrace ( 25 m/2 ) with seating for 6 people. Sun for breakfast, half shade during the day, for our guests. 2 bedrooms. One with a four-poster bed and a view of the garden, the other with 1 bunk bed and 1 farmhouse bed. A children's travel bed can also be set up, bed linen and towels can be provided for an extra charge. Living room with wood-burning stove, large sofa bed, armchair and an additional large table (for 7 people) as additional dining facilities or for cosy game evenings, children's high chair, large flat-screen TV, a good selection of board games and plenty of books for almost every taste (take one/give one). Kitchen with dining facilities for 3 people, a large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, kettle, coffee machine and of course plenty of crockery, cutlery and much more.
Barbecue possibility in the garden 1 small lockable shed for 2 bicycles
To save you further trips, I sell fishing permits for the fisherman here on site. Tourist fishing permits can be applied for online before your arrival.
1 playground with a football field is located about 300m away in the village.
1x a week the baker's van comes and stops directly in front of our house.
Here live the cock Mr. Piepson with his ladies for the breakfast egg ( no fear of the morning wake-up call, we have excellent windows ;-) ) as well as our cat lady Fietedeern, the tomcats Stuart and Lieven like to cuddle, but please not in the holiday flat - our family also likes to visit us. However, as we have two cats with a high degree of allergy to cat hair, our cats are not allowed in the holiday flat. Furthermore our 2 dogs Chico, our cuddly Sernior and the young dog Lykos
Central heating only during the heating period. We would like to refrain from charging additional additional costs in the future - due to the current situation - please remain fair, we are also suffering from the extremely high gas prices

Location and surroundings of object
There are several riding stables nearby, I will be happy to put you in touch with them. The nearest shopping facilities are in the residential town of Neustrelitz. There you will not only find all the shops for your daily needs, but also a great cultural offer, a cute harbour with great restaurants, the zoo and much more. We will be happy to give you some great tips for excursions and beautiful hidden spots for a successful stay.

we have been renting for 4 years and have met great people with and without furry noses. We always look forward to each new visitor here in Godendorf. We want to make your stay as pleasant as possible. So that we succeed from the 1st day on and you remember this beautiful spot with pleasure-
Report any damage immediately. Of course, something can get broken during your stay, damage can occur. So that the next guest also feels comfortable from the first minute. We would like to repair any damage immediately
Unfortunately, there was a biting attack on one of our cats in the past. Therefore, please keep your dog on a leash in the shared entrance area and on the property. Hiking trails start directly in front of our gate. We assume that your four-legged friend is compatible with conspecifics, brings his own bed and does NOT sleep on the upholstered furniture and in the beds.
Even non-dog owners should and want to feel comfortable here.
Godendorf is not a holiday village, our neighbours are great. Parties are nevertheless not allowed
Do not smoke in the holiday flat.
For insurance reasons, charging batteries for e.g. e-bikes is not possible in the holiday flat. We will be happy to discuss the possibilities for this with you on a short call.

Welcome
Super nice hosts welcomed us with freshly baked cake and coffee. We lacked nothing. The apartment was equipped with everything necessary for a stay. The location of the apartment is fantastic, surrounded by pure nature. Thank you very much for the beautiful days in Godendorf.

A wonderful holiday with Manu
Dear Manu, dear Willi, from the first minute we drove into your courtyard (we were allowed to park our car there) you inspired us. You constantly asked if we were missing anything. You introduced us to all the residents by name, showed us the beautiful garden and the chickens. There are several cosy sitting areas in the garden to make yourself comfortable and also a large terrace by the holiday flat with fresh chives for those who like to cook themselves. The four-poster bed is very comfortable and I was able to sleep very well despite my slipped disc. There is a spacious wardrobe with a large drawer and many boxes for various small items by each bed. The windows have fly screens, so mosquitoes could only get me when I was walking. This side street in Godendorf is very quiet. Also suitable for anglers, as it is only a few metres to the lake. There was even a boat available for us free of charge.
Numerous sockets for tablets and mobile phones, socket covers for small children, books and games for families with children, a children's loft bed and a single bed in addition to the parents' bedroom. With the lovely fireplace, it is very homely in the living room.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The fridge is very large and has a built-in freezer. We had breakfast in the kitchen and the fresh eggs in different colours are delicious, also the green ones.
The kitchen table is fine for 2-3 people. For larger families there is a dining table for seven people.
Every day we got suggestions for sightseeing and places to visit as well as recommendations for cafés and restaurants.
We enjoyed the days very much and came home refreshed.

7 years ago, my husband in his mid-60s and I in our mid-50s (both of us originally from NRW) fell in love with this unique landscape and the many sunny days. Insanely nice people and found this house. We renovated it extensively and breathed cosiness into it with great attention to detail. The neglected house became a home. It is a special concern of ours that you also feel comfortable and welcome here
