in 2015 we discovered this idyllically situated holiday home in almost untouched nature. The house was lovingly renovated and individually furnished within a year. Simply enjoy the beautiful nature on a 400 m² enclosed property and the quiet surroundings. The house is equipped with all comforts, you will want for nothing. Explore the surrounding area, look for mushrooms, go cycling or browse through the neighbouring forests. It is the ideal place for stressed city dwellers to unwind.

Location and surroundings of object
Kleinmenow is located about 3 km from the water town of Fürstenberg. There you will find all shopping facilities, small shops and of course various gastronomic establishments that invite you to linger. The Koppenhagen cycle path is in the immediate vicinity - discover hidden lakes that invite you to swim on your bike tours. Or you can explore nature on the water with a canoe. For non-sports-minded holidaymakers, there are of course plenty of other excursion destinations in the surrounding area. Like Karls-Erdbeerhof-the adventure park for the whole family, the marina in Wahren or Neustrelitz, numerous castles and palaces, summer toboggan run, forest zoo in Kunsterspring to name but a few.

Everything Fine
We felt very comfortable in this cosy little house. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you. Thank you again to the landlords that it was possible to spend a week here at short notice, we will be happy to come back again.

NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN
Leider ein totaler Flop, noch nie so etwas erlebt!!!
Gebucht waren 7 Tage, nach der ersten Nacht wieder abgereist!! Bei Ankunft war das Haus bis auf 10 Grad Celsius ausgekühlt. Es gab keine Heizung, was in der Beschreibung nicht angegeben ist, bis auf einen Kaminofen. Also erst mal 3 Stunden aufheizen nachdem wir Holz gehackt und Anzünder kaufen mussten. Auf dem Teppich und dem Sofa lagen verpuppte Maden, die durch die Astlöcher der Vertäfelung im Wohnbereich gefallen waren da sich ein Marder auf dem Dachboden eingenistet hat. Dreck und Müll in Form von leeren PET Flaschen und angegammelten Tennisbällen lagen unter dem Sofa. Die angebliche Komplettreinigung des Hauses fand nach Aussage der Vermieterin 14 Tage vor unserer Anreise statt. Laut Aussage der Vermieterin kamen die Bälle von den Hunden, die" mal " in der Wohnung waren. Angegeben ist in der Objektbeschreibung: Tiere nicht erlaubt. Am nächsten Morgen sofort tel. Kontakt zur Vermieterin aufgenommen und man erntete vorerst nur Unverständnis. 3 Tage nach unserer Abreise kam eine Entschuldigung per SMS nachdem die Vermieter die Unreinheiten beseitigt haben. Sogar ein elektrischer Heizofen wurde uns dann bereit gestellt falls wir das Angebot annehmen würden, uns wieder auf den Weg zu dem Objekt zu machen!? Leider zu spät! Unser "Urlaub" war fast vorbei !!
Nach schriftlicher Rückforderung der Mietvorauszahlung mit beigelegten Beweisfotos bis heute keine Reaktion der Vermieter. Einfach nicht nachvollziehbar. Viel Geld für nichts!!

Wir vermieten diese Haus seit 3 Jahren und das andere Haus in Fleeth seit 9 Jahren, das entspricht etwa 100 Vermietungen. Das ist die erste schlechte Bewertung und soll auch so bleiben. Um solche Beiträge in Zukunft zu vermeiden, bitten wir unsere Stammgäste und weitere Mieter um eine sachlich realistische und dem Zweck entsprechende Bewertung. Das ist der Sinn dieser Bewertung! Gleichzeitig bitten wir unsere Gäste Mängel sofort anzuzeigen und uns die Möglichkeit der Beseitigung einzuräumen. Was auch in diesem Fall sofort angeboten, aber abgelehnt und trotsdem am gleichen Tag von uns realisiert wurde. Es tut uns aufrichtig Leid, dass diese Mieter Anfang Mai so schlechtes Wetter hatten. Mit Fahrrädern und Boot kann man nichts unternehmen.
Wir tun wirklich alles damit sich unsere Mieter wohlfühlen und auch wiederkommen, was die zahlreichen Stammgäste belegen.

Dear Fam. Schulz,
we would like to thank you very much for allowing us to spend our holidays with you for many years. The very beautiful area always invites you to relax and unwind. The holiday home was furnished with a lot of love, you really find everything you need. Even the firewood was provided, which is not a matter of course in holiday homes. The tidiness and cleanliness, which is very important for us allergy sufferers, was always absolutely impeccable. We would be very happy if there is room for us for a week next year.

Everything Super
We can only recommend the holiday home and the landlord.
It is a very quiet location and we were able to switch off from the stress of everyday life.
The house has everything you need, it was clean and tidy.

Pure deceleration
We, a family from Dortmund, had a lovely week here. We tried out all the bathing spots in the area on our bikes. We were particularly impressed by the Peetschsee and Stechlinsee lakes. The house is very individually and modernly designed and left nothing to be desired. When the weather was great, we could always eat outside. The village is not connected to the mobile phone network, which is a shame for our children, but we could play cards again every evening...

Help!!!
Hello Brigitte and Roland. We had a disaster in our house in 2018. Completely uninhabitable due to water damage. One call to you and the door was open for us. 2 times 4 months. Beautifully furnished. Everything to live in. Everything modern. Clean and orderly. It was like a holiday for us. Thank you again for your quick and uncomplicated offer.
