Holiday home
The holiday semi-detached house Stolkos is located in a holiday home area on the outskirts of Karlshagen. There are two separate apartments in the house. Each apartment is approx. 60 sqm. Each half of the house has its own entrance, its own garden terrace with garden furniture and is designed for 2-4 people.

This comfortable holiday semi-detached house is located at the entrance to Karlshagen.
It is located in a small, beautifully landscaped holiday home settlement.
The Baltic Sea lies just behind the dune forest, through which the path leads directly to the wonderful, fine sandy, wide beach in about 15 minutes on foot and 5 minutes by bike.
In the immediate vicinity you will find shopping facilities for daily needs.
The pleasant seaside resort of Karlshagen and our holiday home offer you holiday fun in beautiful and unspoilt nature
Karlsagen is also the starting point for long walks and bicycle tours on the island in the middle of the flat landscape. In the northern part of the island of Usedom there are also opportunities for various other leisure activities such as horse riding, tennis, bowling etc.

Vacation 2022
A very nice domicile. We will definitely come back again. Nothing is missing (except board games for rainy days and some cushions for the garden chairs). We were there with our grandson and felt completely comfortable. Can only recommend it.

We had a great holiday in the beautiful holiday home. The beach is not far away, the garden is well maintained, nothing was missing. The contacts with the landlords and the caretaker were friendly and uncomplicated.

We had a wonderful week at the vacation home STOLKOS.
The landlords are very nice and friendly and answer questions promptly.
The house is modernly furnished, all rooms are clean and tidy.
A well-kept garden beautifully complements the whole experience, as you can enjoy evenings in the greenery.
The available bicycles provided by the landlord are a great convenience, allowing for exploring the area beautifully by bike. A big thank you also to the custodian who recommended great and tasty restaurants to us. We are happy to recommend the house further and will gladly come back. Until then, greetings from Cottbus. Schöner Urlaub
We found the accommodation on the internet and were pleasantly surprised. The house is in perfect condition with a beautiful, well-kept garden. The rooms offer sufficient space for a maximum of people. Having 2 bathrooms is an advantage, as there is no "crowding." The landlords are very nice and answer questions promptly. It is only a few minutes by bike to Trassenheide or Karlshagen. Overall, it was a lovely holiday, with the accommodation playing a significant role. The next stay will be planned soon.

Toller Urlaub
Very nice holiday home with 2 separate apartments, very comfortable and practical :) We especially liked the garden with BBQ and sauna. Nearby there is a Netto supermarket and a restaurant with delicious food. We had a really nice holiday and are already planning to come back :)
