This modern house with private pool,barbecue area, covered terrace and mountain view, is located near Rabac and Labin. The semi-detached houseis a private house with 2 floors , living area lounge/kitchen/dining area and guest toilet on the ground floor and 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and shower room +jacuzzi on the upper floor.The area is full of vineyards and the beautiful countryside is only 4 km , from the sea, ideal for long walks or bike rides.
The beautiful pebble beaches of Rabac town are 4 km away, Enjoy your holiday with activities: Water skiing, sailing, snorkelling or diving, jet skiing, sailing or day trips to the many islands. Other sports such as tennis and horse riding are also available locally. The promenade in Rabac is over three kilometres long and is very good for strolling. Especially in the evening, when everything is illuminated, it is nice to always walk directly along the water. There are plenty of small shops and souvenir shops. You can eat very well in the "Due Fratelli" (on the way from Labin/Ripenda to Rabac) and in the village there are 2 restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance. There is also a very good pizzeria in Old Labin, which also offers free home delivery. There is also a great hiking trail that leads from Labin to Rabac. If you take a leisurely walk and look around a bit, I would estimate about 60 to 90 minutes.
In Rabac you can use any beach without paying an entrance fee. For snorkelling, Sv. Marina is definitely a good place to go. Firstly because of the area and secondly because there is a German-speaking diving school there. The beach there is of course also good for swimming.
In 3 km is the town of Labin with supermarkets petrol stations banks cinemas cafes and a daily open market for buying local products and fresh fish. Or drive to the ancient town of Pula 35km where concerts are performed from May to September in the famous Roman amphitheatre.
