This beautifully maintained townhouse consists of 3 floors and is centrally located in a fantastic location. The house has two bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. All rooms are air-conditioned and the bedrooms are also equipped with lamp fans. On the terrace you can relax in one of the sun loungers and take a dip in the communal swimming pool.

The sandy beaches of Cabo Roig and Cala Capitan are a 10-minute walk away. La Zenia beach is a 15 minutes’ walk away. There are plenty of bars and restaurants (the strip) within a 5 minutes’ walk from the house. Within 10 minutes’ drive are the 4 championship golf courses.

There are also a ladies and men bicycles for exploring the region. In the garden, you can enjoy barbecue meals along with drinks. This is a child-friendly property where you can get child’s bed and a high chair. Beach towels are provided and that saves a lot of space in your suitcase.

The airport pickup facility is also available for a fee.
