Luxury holiday home with natural stone floors and roof solarium. Quietly located in a dead end street, with parking just in front of it.
Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with sofa bed in living room for extra two people.
From the terrace and solarium you have a beautiful view of the swimming pool (with children's pool). Also beautiful panoramic view of the sea (3 km).
The solarium is equipped with a large shade sail, side sails, barbecue and fridge. No direct neighbors on the solarium and on the balcony, so excellent privacy. Solarium with SOLAR SHOWER !
Water, smart TVs (living + master bedroom), bed and bath linen, wifi and electricity (up to 10 kWh/day) included in the rental price.

Location and surroundings of object
Located in Villamartin urbanization Los Dolses, in an extremely green area. Everywhere there are palm trees and parks in the area, you rarely find in other urbanizations. At 400m from supermarket, and commercial center Los Dolses (with shops, restaurants, bars, bank,...). Another 400m further there is the commercial center Rioja. At 15 minutes walk (or even faster by bus) you are in Villamartin Plaza and Villamartin Golf.
Villamartin Plaza is a cozy Andalusian-style shopping center with shops and numerous restaurants with different dishes (German, Chinese, English, Taiwanese, Indian, Swedish, Mexican, Austrian,....). You will also find karaoke, pool and bowling. In the bars there is live music in the summer. You can hear and see the local wild parrots in the palm trees.
Villamartin Golf is considered one of the most beautiful and best golf courses in the region. Other golf courses in the immediate vicinity are Las Ramblas and Campoamor. A little further there is the new La Finca golf course.
At 3 km from the beach (Playa Flamenca), and 2 km from the commercial center Zenia Boulevard, with about 150 shops and numerous restaurants.
There is a bus service with stops at Los Dolses, La Zenia and Playa Flamenca, ideal for going to the beach (every hour, every day in summer, only during the week in winter). You can also use this bus to go to Campoamor, Cabo Roig, Villa Costa and Villamartin.
Alicante and Murcia airports are both around 50 minutes' drive away. There is a shuttle bus that takes you very quickly from Alicante airport to Torrevieja, where you can then take a taxi to Los Dolses (12 km). If you want to explore the surrounding area, you can of course also rent a car directly at the airport for your entire holiday, at very reasonable prices (we can give you very useful tips about the best prices).

The final cleaning is mandatory and to be paid in cash to the key-holder on arrival. This also includes 2 washing loads (bed linen, towels,...), above which 10€ per extra washing load is charged. The use of the bikes is free, there is a deposit of 50 € per bike. |

* Wonderful stay at Casa Amelia: complete and well cared for! Swimming pool in front of the door. Surroundings: plenty to see! Including Murcia, Carthagena and the salt lakes around Torrevieja!

Rest vacation
We have once again enjoyed a 5-star stay at Casa Amelia. Everything for a perfect holiday is available! Clean apartment, plenty of towels (and if that's not enough, there is also a washing machine with detergent available), coffee maker (filter and Dolce Gusto), shops within walking distance, the well-maintained pool at the bottom of the stairs, the spacious rooftop terrace with sunbeds where it is delightful to relax until late at night, the beach is 12,000 steps away (round trip), restaurants nearby, and good Spanish restaurants a 10-minute drive away in Torrevieja. In short, we love coming here and will definitely be back!

Zeker voor herhaling Vatbaar, Toppie ??
We hebben genoten van onze vakantie in Cassa Amelia?
Dit word verhuurt door Fam. Vervaeck zeer behulpzame en correcte uitbaters.
alles was ons super bevallen .
Het was er kraaknet en goed onderhouden met alle denkbare comfort.
( van broodrooster tot ligstoelen voor op het strand )
Het is boven genieten van het heerlijke zonneterras met een prachtig uitzicht .
Het zwembad is vlakbij en was goed onderhouden .
Alles werd perfect uitgelegd door de vriendelijke keyholder die ook Engels sprak .
De ligging ligt op wandelafstand van het shoppingcenter La Zenia
Is voor ons zeker voor herhaling vatbaar .
