The Residenza Sabrina is located in a quiet residential area of Ascona, near the golf course, the port and the beach of Ascona. The lake promenade and the center of Ascona are also within walking distance. Experience a great shopping feeling in the world-famous boutiques of the old town of Ascona! There's a bus station nearby. In Ascona there are numerous events that are internationally known and very popular throughout the year. The wonderfully wild nature of the nearby Ticino side valleys, such as the Maggia Valley and Centovalli, offer many excursion, hiking and biking opportunities. Ascona is situated on a gorgeous, sunny bay of the lake Maggiore, near to the river Maggia. It is one of the popular and popular vacation destination in Switzerland, with high level.
The dense network of alleyways, where you will find shops, restaurants, museums, art galleries and antique shops, leading directly to the Piazza and to the beautiful lakeside promenade, where you can sit comfortably in one of the cafes and enjoy the unique flair.
Here you can find all what you wish, even as a VIP you can enjoy a safely and quietly holiday. You find fashionable boutiques, gastronomic restaurants, a big bathing beach, regenerative space walks and boat trips all around the Lake Maggiore. Night owls come in countless clubs and bars with guaranteed celebrity - touch to their full cost.
During the whole year in Ascona there are many activity and international known events. We (couple) felt very comfortable in the cozy, clean apartment during the 3 weeks (over Christmas/New Year)! Great location with many shopping options, good bus connections, and good amenities, everything you need. We would definitely recommend it.

We were able to enjoy Jazzascona completely in the heat thanks to App 09: generous, bright, wonderful bed, best shower, quiet, well-maintained pool, private seating area, everything there to feel comfortable, and in front of the residence the bus stop - and in the background, FEWO competent and friendly - 2 old, well-traveled, extremely satisfied Swiss.

For our grandma-granddaughter vacation week, this pretty little apartment was the best starting point for EVERYTHING we wanted to do. Long morning and evening walks with the dog, swimming in the beautiful, heated, and clean pool, cooking at home, sitting in the small loggia in the sun and chatting, and sometimes shopping and eating out here and there. Everything is possible within a short walking distance, and the people around are very nice if you follow the house rules. It's worth reading them beforehand, e.g. dogs are not allowed in the garden and pool. However, my dog felt very comfortable because there are countless opportunities around to go running with him and meet other dogs. We would plan this vacation week at the same place anytime! We are also always very satisfied with the care provided by FeWo Sagl Tessin.
