Enjoy relaxing moments with the whole family! This modern and well-equipped holiday home is centrally located in the district of Garmisch. Thanks to its proximity to the Garmisch pedestrian zone, many restaurants and shopping opportunities are only a few minutes' walk away. At the same time, the Garmisch mountains are within easy reach, as the Hausbergbahn and the Zugspitzbahnhof are also within walking distance and allow skiers and hikers to make short or long trips into the mountains.
Through the entrance you enter directly into the heart of the Gartenresidenz, an inviting, open-plan living area with a cosy seating area and TV corner, and a large dining table for sitting together and sharing meals. A Swedish stove provides a cosy atmosphere and comfortable warmth even in winter.
Adjacent to the living room is the open kitchen with cooking island. Here you will find all the necessary utensils and appliances for a carefree stay. A practical breakfast nook with TV offers extra space for your morning coffee or a quick snack in between.
From the living room you have access to the sunny terrace and the large garden, where you can enjoy plenty of fresh mountain air and warm sunshine hours thanks to comfortable garden furniture.
Via a staircase, you reach the first floor, where 2 bedrooms with cosy double beds and 1 bedroom with two comfortable single beds are waiting to give you a relaxing night's sleep. The bedrooms are each equipped with their own flat-screen TV and spacious wardrobe and offer access to the surrounding balcony, where you can relax and enjoy the evening sun with a great Mountain View. In addition to the bedrooms, there is also a second, bright bathroom with a ground-level shower and bathtub.
On the first floor, there is another large bedroom with a double bed and a play table for the younger guests.
The accommodation also includes a parking space in the underground garage, where you can safely park your vehicle. In the cellar there is a shared laundry room with washing machine and dryer that can be utilized. For your information: there is a separate studio apartment in the basement with its own entrance, which is occasionally occupied. The rest of the house is entirely yours to enjoy.
Vacation on four legs - You are welcome to bring your pet to this accommodation for a fee. Please let us know in advance. We charge €15.00/night per pet.

We had a fantastic stay at this very comfortable house. It has modern furniture, but still maintains a cozy atmosphere. It is very conveniently located near the city center, supermarkets and the ski lifts.

Loved the team and loved the accomodation. It is pretty hard to find good service these days and this company delivered 100%. The location is the best - you are going to be between the shops and the ski lift, which is ideal. The closest Edeka is 5 mins walk away and so are places to eat. I do think the house would benefit from an additional bathroom as there are 2 for 4 bedrooms, however both of them do have toilets and showers so I cant really complain. Overall an amazing expereince, I fully recommend.

We had a great stay at the holiday home Gartenresidenz. The property was very clean. The town center of Garmisch is just a few minutes away. The connection to public transport was also good. We really enjoyed it.
