Centrally located in the heart of Garmisch-Partenkirchen and yet quietly situated, this holiday flat offers a modern feel-good zone for up to four people. The nearby Zugspitze railway station provides easy access to the Wetterstein mountains and is ideal for short and long excursions into the mountains.
A spacious living room with open-plan kitchen equipped to a high standard and cosy dining area forms the heart of the flat.
The comfortable living landscape is ideal for relaxing. A large flat-screen TV and a built-in sound system provide the necessary entertainment. Floor-to-ceiling windows let plenty of light into the flat and create a bright, friendly lounge.
The adjoining terrace offers spectacular views and invites you to spend relaxing hours in the fresh air with comfortable garden furniture.
The flat is rounded off by two comfortable bedrooms with double beds, a bright bathroom with rain shower and a separate guest toilet.
All windows can be completely darkened with the help of electric shutters, so that late sleepers can sleep in undisturbed. Underfloor heating provides cosy warmth even in colder temperatures.
The flat also has an underground parking space and its own ski room. Washing machine and dryer are available for your own use in the communal laundry room.
The Hüttenzauber holiday flat is located in a house with two other holiday flats. So there is plenty of space to take family and friends with you on holiday.

For service, cleanliness, accommodation, location, and value for money, we would like to award 5 stars. We stayed in the apartment Hüttenzauber for a week and felt very comfortable. The apartment is very modernly furnished, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the center as well as nearby supermarkets can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. The sun terrace offers a fantastic view of the mountains. The complex is quiet and offers a parking space in the underground garage. We would love to come back.

Great holiday apartment: plenty of space, lots of light, well furnished, child-friendly, underground parking space with enough room and everything available for the stay. Great location: 5-10 minutes on foot to the city, 5 minutes to the train station for the Zugspitzbahn, 5 minutes on foot to the supermarket Lidl/ 10 minutes on foot to Edeka/ 10 minutes on foot to the bakery Ihle, 3 minutes on foot to the wellness area of the Aja Hotel, bus stop 3 minutes on foot. Great service from Staygood: Always friendly and helpful with questions, stay very well prepared and supervised.

A top vacation apartment in a central location. Absolutely quiet and equipped to a high standard, we lacked nothing. Shopping (Lidl) within walking distance, bus stop 2 minutes away. As the saying goes - all good things are at least 2...
