Super apartment, we felt very comfortable there. Perfect location for all activities and within walking distance to the city center. The terrace and the garden are very nice. Both in the rain and in the sun!

The apartment is super nice, clean, and well-maintained. However, we didn't like the location very much. There is a lot of traffic on the street, and you don't have a view towards the Alpspitze.

The apartment is super located and nicely furnished. We had a great time and were also very warmly welcomed. Even though it is not included, items like dishwasher tabs, toilet paper, and much more were provided. The stay at the vacation apartment BergLuft was very pleasant, and we would love to come back.

Short vacation with Mountain Air We really enjoyed our few days in Garmisch and thus in the vacation apartment Mountain Air. Starting with the organization (always kept updated beforehand) to the welcome on-site and the stay itself, everything was perfect. The apartment fits very well into the surroundings with its furnishings and is very cozy and lovingly decorated. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back!

Our first time ... ... in the mountains was extremely enjoyable, as the holiday apartment is simply wonderful. It is equipped with everything one needs, and all the furnishings are of high quality. The location is good. With a 4-year-old, we could easily reach the city center on foot. The management responded quickly and very kindly to minor issues. Overall, we are more than satisfied with our vacation in the holiday apartment BergLuft.

When water started dripping from the ventilation in the guest bathroom due to heavy rain, they reacted immediately; an employee came with the technician, who took care of the issue and gave the all-clear. Very beautiful apartment that has everything one could possibly need. We like the clean lines of the decor and especially the electric blinds. It even has a storage room where you can store the suitcases. The location is great. In a quiet residential area, but you can quickly get to the center and also quickly to green spaces. Super location to the local mountain, we could walk everywhere! The garden with the loungers and dining area is simply beautiful, and when the hedges grow even higher, it will be private! The apartment for 2 people is nicely and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped and very well furnished. Upon arrival, everything was super clean, toilet paper, dish soap, dish towels, towels all prepared. The service from the team is unmatched, simply great!!! We have already booked for next year - even though the apartment is in the upper price range - it's worth it.

A very modern and bright apartment on the ground floor. We found the size and especially the guest toilet outstanding. The location of the apartment is perfect; you have everything you need to relax. The underground parking space was too small for our car, but you can easily park your car on the street. We were very satisfied, as always.

Feeling Good All Around We had the pleasure of spending a week in this new vacation apartment in March 2022 and thoroughly enjoyed it. The apartment is very cozy and full of loving details; you can tell that someone really put their heart into the tasteful decor. It is equipped with everything you need: comfortable beds, a modern bathroom, a high-quality kitchen with all utensils, and for the warmer season, the terrace is already furnished with the appropriate furniture—table, chairs, loungers, and cushions. It should also be mentioned that there is barrier-free access both to the apartment and from the underground garage. Regarding the location: Ideal, everything is accessible within a maximum of 10 to 15 minutes on foot—pedestrian zone, train station, swimming and ice skating stadium, cable car with a station to Zugspitze. The car is unnecessary. Good connections through the local bus with guest card. The care for the guests was also professional. Information was always up to date, contact persons were always friendly, competent, and helpful. Thank you for the wonderful time. Anytime again. Highly recommended.

Also worth mentioning is the barrier-free access both to the flat and from the underground car park. About the location: Ideal, everything is reachable in 10 max. 15 min. on foot - pedestrian zone, train station, swimming and ice skating stadium, cable car with train station to the Zugspitze. The car is dispensable. Good connections by local bus with guest card. The information was always up to date, the contact persons always friendly, competent and helpful.
