The Gsteig - sun chalet with alpine view

The feel-good atmosphere is guaranteed as soon as you enter this country house villa, even before the magnificent panoramic view reveals itself to you. On a sunny hillside above Garmisch-Partenkirchen, you will inhabit bright, inviting rooms with large windows and 230sqm on 3 floors. There are 3 parking spaces and a double garage at your disposal.

Through the main entrance or through the internal access through the double garage you enter the lower floors of this dream house, which is built directly on the slope.On the lowest floor there are 2 bedrooms, each equipped with a box spring bed and flat screen TV.

The dreamlike view is already present on this floor through the large windows and from the terrace. There is plenty of storage space thanks to the walk-in wardrobe and generous built-in cupboards. For our guests who also have to work during their holidays, there is also a desk available in one of the bedrooms. A spacious bathroom with bathtub and shower as well as a separate toilet complete this floor. In another room you can experience total relaxation in the sauna with saunarium, which has just been completed.

An inviting staircase leads to the heart of the house: the open-plan living and dining area with a high-quality fitted kitchen. Here, no wishes remain unfulfilled!
This area is surrounded by a large balcony with a fantastic panoramic view.
From here you also have direct access to the outdoor area with Jacuzzi and covered dining area on the approx. 45 sqm terrace.

On the top floor you have a large bedroom with box-spring beds and an adjoining bathroom. Here you can also enjoy a magnificent view of the Wetterstein mountains with Alpspitze and Zugspitze through the window front or from the balcony.
The modern, light-flooded bathroom is equipped with a large bathtub and a rain shower.

The living room ventilation creates a pleasant indoor climate throughout the house even in summer temperatures, while the underfloor heating provides cosy warmth on cold days.

Bathing in mountain panorama! Waking up in bed with a view of the Zugspitze, hiking and skiing in the immediate vicinity. Ending the day in the cozy relaxation room of the sauna or in the whirlpool - always with the mountain backdrop in sight. We return to everyday life rejuvenated! Julia

Arrive and Feel Good The Sonnenchalet "Das Gsteig" leaves nothing to be desired. Just arrive and feel at home. The entire house is very thoughtfully, stylishly, and generously furnished. 6 people have plenty of space here. And then this location!!! From the cozy living room with open kitchen and large dining table, there is a beautiful view of the Zugspitze massif and the surrounding mountains. The view of the Zugspitze upon waking up in the bedroom on the upper floor is breathtaking. We enjoyed it!! 8 Living beautifully is almost not possible! Despite difficult conditions due to Covid-19, Ms. Woynowski has been friendly and uncomplicated from the beginning and fulfilled every wish. We can only recommend this house.

Simply beautiful! Superbly located house with a breathtaking mountain view, tastefully furnished and modernly equipped: One must feel comfortable here! You can tell the house is privately used: Everything is not only beautiful but also very comfortable and/or practical. It truly offers enough space for 6 people to enjoy and relax. Several hiking trails, e.g. to Wank, to the climbing garden, to the Tannenhütte... The trails begin right behind the house, and the town center of Partenkirchen is easily reachable on foot. The car can therefore stay in the garage. When the house is available again, I will definitely come back...

Cozy living room and a wonderful open kitchen, where no wish for a sociable evening remains unfulfilled. A hot tub with a view of the Zugspitze massif and stunningly beautiful memory photos. More than enough space for 6 people and a more than spacious double garage, with space for 2 cars. Ideal starting point for hikes in the Wank area directly from the house. A very successful vacation. Ms. Woynowski took care of us very kindly and fulfilled all our wishes. We will come back.
