The Gsteig - sun chalet with alpine view
The feel-good atmosphere is guaranteed as soon as you enter this country house villa, even before the magnificent panoramic view reveals itself to you. On a sunny hillside above Garmisch-Partenkirchen, you will inhabit bright, inviting rooms with large windows and 230sqm on 3 floors. There are 3 parking spaces and a double garage at your disposal.
Through the main entrance or through the internal access through the double garage you enter the lower floors of this dream house, which is built directly on the slope.On the lowest floor there are 2 bedrooms, each equipped with a box spring bed and flat screen TV.
The dreamlike view is already present on this floor through the large windows and from the terrace. There is plenty of storage space thanks to the walk-in wardrobe and generous built-in cupboards. For our guests who also have to work during their holidays, there is also a desk available in one of the bedrooms. A spacious bathroom with bathtub and shower as well as a separate toilet complete this floor. In another room you can experience total relaxation in the sauna with saunarium, which has just been completed.
An inviting staircase leads to the heart of the house: the open-plan living and dining area with a high-quality fitted kitchen. Here, no wishes remain unfulfilled!
This area is surrounded by a large balcony with a fantastic panoramic view.
From here you also have direct access to the outdoor area with Jacuzzi and covered dining area on the approx. 45 sqm terrace.
On the top floor you have a large bedroom with box-spring beds and an adjoining bathroom. Here you can also enjoy a magnificent view of the Wetterstein mountains with Alpspitze and Zugspitze through the window front or from the balcony.
The modern, light-flooded bathroom is equipped with a large bathtub and a rain shower.
The living room ventilation creates a pleasant indoor climate throughout the house even in summer temperatures, while the underfloor heating provides cosy warmth on cold days.

Alles Top!!! Jederzeit weiter zu empfehlen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Hoher Standard, überall elektrische Rollos, war für meinen Mann als „Dunkelschläfer“ sehr gut. Zwei Zugänge, einer über Doppelgarage sehr gut. Wanderwege ab Haus.

Die Tage in dieser toll ausgestatteten und liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung waren wunderbar erholsam. Man kann direkt vom Haus aus los wandern oder auch Rad fahren und danach im Whirlpool relaxen. Und der Ausblick auf die Zugspitze und die Berge ist einfach traumhaft. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderbar! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und in den großzügigen Zimmern haben wir super geschlafen. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Der Ausblick aus dem Wohnzimmer und vom Whirlpool ist einfach atemberaubend. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Anna

Baden im Bergpanorama! Beim Aufwachen vom Bett aus auf die Zugspitze blicken, in unmittelbarer Umgebung wandern und Skifahren. Den Tag im gemütlichem Ruheraum der Sauna ausklingen lassen oder im Whirlpool - immer die Bergkulisse vor Augen. Wir gehen gestärkt in den Alltag zurück! Julia

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Gsteig Chalet ist wunderschön und sehr zu empfehlen. Es ist super modern und gleichzeitig gemütlich eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattet und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Lage spricht für sich, so haben wir mehrere wunderschöne Wandertouren unternommen. Durch den Whirlpool mit Blick auf die Berglandschaft und die Sauna kommt auch die Entspannung nicht zu kurz und selbst schlechtes Wetter macht nichts aus. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder in diese schöne Unterkunft kommen und die weiteren Wanderwege auskundschaften.

Ankommen und Wohlfühlen Das Sonnenchalet ""Das Gsteig"" lässt keine Wünsche offen. Einfach ankommen und sich wohlfühlen. Das ganze Haus ist sehr durchdacht, stilvoll und grosszügig eingerichtet. 6 Personen haben hier bequem Platz. Und dann diese Lage !!! Vom gemütlichen Wohnraum mit offener Küche und großem Esstisch hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Zugspitzmassiv und die umliegenden Berge. Der Blick auf die Zugspitze beim Aufwachen ,im Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoß, ist atemberaubend. Wir haben es genossen !!8 Schöner Wohnen ist fast nicht möglich ! Trotz schwieriger Bedingungen, durch Covid-19, hat Frau Woynowski uns von Anfang an freundlich und unkompliziert betreut und uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Wir können dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Einfach nur schön! Super gelegenes Haus, mit traumhaftem Bergblick, das äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet und modern ausgestattet ist: Da muss man sich wohlfühlen! Man merkt, das Haus wird privat genutzt: Alles ist nicht nur schön, sondern auch sehr bequem und/oder praktisch. Auch für 6 Presonen bietet es wirklich genug Platz zum Genießen und Entspannen. Einige Wanderwege z.B. auf den Wank, zum Klettergarten, zur Tannenhütte,... beginnen direkt hinter dem Haus und das Ortszentrum vom Partenkirchen ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Auto kann also in der Garage bleiben. Wenn das Haus wieder frei ist, komme ich bestimmt wieder....

Immer wieder gerne! Ein wunderschönes Haus mit atemberaubenden Blick auf die Berge. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im geschmackvoll eingerichteten Feriendomizil. Man kommt an und fühlt sich dort sofort wohl. Ablauf und organisatorisches sehr unkompliziert. Kann diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Privates Hideaway Wunderschöner Urlaub in atemberaubender Bergkulisse. In den Boxspringbetten wunderbar geschlafen und Zugspitzpanorama beim Aufwachen vom Bett aus. Gemütliches Wohnzimmer und eine wunderbare offen Küche, bei der kein Wunsch für einen geselligen Abend übrig bleibt. Ein Whirlpool mit Blick auf das Zugspitzmassiv und traumhaft schöne Erinnerungsfotos. Mehr als ausreichend Platz für 6 Personen und eine mehr als geräumige Doppelgarage, mit Platz für 2 Autos. Idealer Startpunkt für Wanderungen ins Wankgebiet direkt vom Haus aus. Ein sehr gelungener Urlaub. Frau Woynowski hat uns sehr freundlich betreut und alle unsere Wünsche erfüllt. Wir kommen wieder.
