As soon as you enter this great chalet-style flat, you feel you are in the best of hands!
Located directly on the edge of the Garmisch-Partenkirchen spa gardens, the "Parkchalet" is on the 1st floor of a new building.
Here you can enjoy the peace and beauty of nature and at the same time easily explore the heart of the town thanks to its central location.
A lift takes you comfortably through the staircase to the front door of the flat, through which you enter the open, light-flooded main room of the flat.

The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a fantastic view of the idyllic spa gardens. And a spacious balcony invites you to relax in the fresh air.
In the adjoining bedroom, a large box-spring bed offers you utmost comfort and the built-in wardrobes provide sufficient storage space for all your luggage. The bedroom is also equipped with a flat-screen TV and from here you also have access to a second balcony, which offers you a great view over the park.
The modern bathroom with rain shower rounds off the furnishings of this flat perfectly, so you will want for nothing in the "Parkchalet"!
The integrated living room ventilation creates a pleasant indoor climate in the flat even in summer temperatures, while the underfloor heating provides cosy warmth on cold days. Here you can feel completely at ease during your holiday!
The underground parking space no.6 as well as a separate lockable room for bicycles and ski equipment also belongs to this holiday flat. The underground garage entrance is 2.30 m high.
For larger groups, the flat can be combined with the "Parkresidenz" below to create enough space for 7 people.
