Located directly on the edge of the Garmisch-Partenkirchen spa gardens, the "Parkchalet" is on the 1st floor of a new building.
Here you can enjoy the peace and beauty of nature and at the same time easily explore the heart of the town thanks to its central location.
A lift takes you comfortably through the staircase to the front door of the flat, through which you enter the open, light-flooded main room of the flat.

The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a fantastic view of the idyllic spa gardens. And a spacious balcony invites you to relax in the fresh air.
In the adjoining bedroom, a large box-spring bed offers you utmost comfort and the built-in wardrobes provide sufficient storage space for all your luggage. The bedroom is also equipped with a flat-screen TV and from here you also have access to a second balcony, which offers you a great view over the park.
The modern bathroom with rain shower rounds off the furnishings of this flat perfectly, so you will want for nothing in the "Parkchalet"!
The integrated living room ventilation creates a pleasant indoor climate in the flat even in summer temperatures, while the underfloor heating provides cosy warmth on cold days. Here you can feel completely at ease during your holiday!
The underground parking space no.6 as well as a separate lockable room for bicycles and ski equipment also belongs to this holiday flat. The underground garage entrance is 2.30 m high.
For larger groups, the flat can be combined with the "Parkresidenz" below to create enough space for 7 people.

Eine wunderbare und stylische Wohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Sehr geschmackvoll und wertig eingerichtet. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut. Direkt am Kurpark, der Bäcker im Nachbarhaus mit fantastischen Brötchen. Die Fussgängerzone in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Alles in Einem- perfekte Ferienwohnung. Komme sehr gerne wieder.

Wir waren 10 Tage in dieser Fewo und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage -ruhig und doch Zentrumsnah und eine tolle Ausstattung, die keine Wünsche offen lies. Die Betten waren für uns genau richtig und brachten uns den erholsamen Schlaf. Es ist alles gut durchdacht. Es gibt nichts zu meckern. Etwas "Kulturlärm" durften wir erleben, da die "Garmischer Festwoche" stattfand. Aber auch das war für uns genau die richtige Dosis. Man hatte die Möglichkeit, im Nachbarhotel den Wellness - Bereich gegen Gebühr zu nutzen. Das haben wir nicht geschafft. Gute Sache fürs nächste Jahr. Die Absprachen mit dem Team haben unproblematisch funktioniert. Wir haben trotz oder wegen des "Schaukelsommers" einen erholsamen Urlaub erlebt. Nächstes Jahr wieder...

Echtes Chalet-Feeling Hier kann man sich nur wohl fühlen - in dieser Unterkunft fehlt es an nichts, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden immer wieder kommen. Die Lage am Kurpark ist fantastisch, die Wohnung ausgesprochen geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ganz besonders genossen haben wir die unkomplizierte Kommunikation zwecks An-, Abreise und spontaner Verlängerung. Noch einmal vielen Dank dafür!

Jederzeit wieder! Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefúht beim Betreten der Wohnung! Alles ist in einem sehr guten neuwertigen Zustand und sehr sauber! Auch in der Küxhe ist alles vorhanden, was das Herz begehrt. Besonders toll fand ich den riesigenSchrank im Schlafzimmer, das gibt es selten in Ferienwohnungen! Super geklappt hat auch die kontaktlose Schlüsselübergabe bei Anreise. Bei einer Rückfrage wg der Heizung wurde sich sofort gekümmert und auch am nächsten Tag nochmal tel. nachgefragt, ob alles ok ist.

Wunderbare Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist 1 a. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Viel Stauraum für Kleidung im Schlafzimmer und auch im Badezimmer. Sogar ein Aufzug bis in die Tiefgarage. Schöne , bequeme Betten und zwei Balkone. Wir waren super zufrieden. Auch ist man schnell in der Fußgängerzone.

Luxuriöse Ferienwohnung am Kurpark Die Wohnung ist sehr stimmig eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Hochwertige Geräte in Küche und Bad. Die Sauberkeit ist außerordentlich gut. die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig, direkt am Kurpark mit eigener Tiefgarage und Aufzug. Perfekt.

Erholsame schöne Tage in GaPa Sehr gut ausgestattet Ferienwohnung im Herzen von Garmisch. Direkt im Zentrum und trotzdem ruhig. In wenigen Gehminuten am Bahnhof (von da aus kommt man unkompliziert nach Innsbruck, Zugspitze, Eibsee…). Tolle Wandermöglichkeiten ohne Anreise wie z.B. zur Partnachklamm, Pflegersee, Rießersee (inkl. historische Bobbahn). Rundum ein wunderschöner Urlaub :-)

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in bester Lage! Diese wunderschöne und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die zentrale Lage, die trotzdem ruhig ist, hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir haben uns super wohlgefühlt. Wir haben schon oft in GAP Urlaub gemacht, diese Ferienwohnung war mit Abstand die Beste.
