Back to basics, but provided with everything you need for an unforgettable stay. Our new Tiny Houses are cozy, modern, and compact. Fully enjoy the amazing view, because these homes are on the tip of a headland and are surrounded by water. Right next to the Nederrijn with a unique view of 2 marinas, multiple beaches, and an opposite island. Tranquil and in a special location. This ensures that during your stay in a Tiny House you really take time for each other again. Besides that, the big advantage of a Tiny House is that they are sustainable. That's how you can enjoy a responsible holiday with a good feeling. That's ultimate enjoyment! Our Tiny River Houses feel very spacious because of the tall ceilings and windows with a view of the water. Inside the home on the ground floor you'll find a modern, cozy living room, furnished with a stylish couch, an armchair, coffee table, dining table for 2 persons, and a flatscreen TV. The compact kitchen has a modern furnishing with a cooking plate, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, Nespresse coffee machine, and inventory for 2 persons. The bathroom, with shower, sink, and toilet, is also on the ground floor.

You'll find a 2-person bed in the sleeping attic (upper floor) of the home, which is accessible through fixed stairs. From the living room, you can access the nicely constructed hardwood patio and the beautiful garden, which has a table and 2 garden chairs and a hammock including stand. And if you have your own boat, you can simply walk to the harbour and sail straight onto the Nederrijn. Our homes are smoke-free and equipped with Wi-Fi. You can park your car roughly 100 meters from you Tiny House. * No rights may be derived from the shown pictures.

De ligging van Tiny River House no. 1 is fantastisch! Fenomenaal uitzicht wanneer je 's morgens ontwaakt en de vogels al druk hoort kwetteren. De Tiny House is alleen geschikt voor lenige mensen omdat het slaapgedeelte alleen op je knieën te bereiken is.

Both my dog and I had a fantastic time. Beautiful view over the water. In the evening, saw a beaver from the cottage. Sailed over the water in a small boat. Got food in the village. Supermarket is also nearby. Clean and what a lovely shower. Friendly staff. Beautifully lit in the evening. Wonderful peace! No noise or loud-talking people anywhere. Only sounds of nature and boats. Clear information in a sleeve. For internet, you only need to scan the code. I also really liked that I got the back cottage. That is often just a bit quieter with a dog. Thank you very much!

The location of the Tiny House in the middle of the water. The area is great for cycling: the many rivers and canals, the beautiful little towns, the mills, dikes, ferries, the paved bike paths in the forest. The tranquility (in autumn) and watching the many water birds. The illuminated boats on the Lekkodays right by our terrace. Great that dogs are welcome. Amenities: hammock, sharp knives, everything is there! The style of the furnishings. For hikers, on the other hand, the immediate surroundings are not well suited.

The house itself was small, but it is not called "Tiny House" for nothing. It was modernly furnished, everything seemed very new and at the same time it was totally cosy. Due to the new furnishing of the house, everything worked perfectly, the heating warmed up very quickly, the beds were comfortable and the internet also worked perfectly. The direct access to the terrace gave us a beautiful view of the river and the atmosphere at night was also very pleasant, as it was very quiet. Unfortunately, we didn't try the fireplace, but the hammock was very nice. For 2 nights really a very good accommodation at a very good price. Thank you very much :D
