Description
The villas ghave a very spacious feel due to the high ceilings and large glass windows. This guarantees a view of the water and a lot of light. In the villa itself you will find a modern, spacious living room, furnished with a stylish sofa, comfortable armchairs, a dining area for 4 people and a large flat screen TV. A perfect place if you want to enjoy a delicious meal together, play a board game or simply watch a movie. In the modern kitchen you will find everything you need to show your culinary skills, including a fridge-freezer, hob with built-in extractor fan, combination microwave, dishwasher, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine.
All our villas have two bedrooms, both with 2 single box springs and a flat screen TV in each room. Both bedrooms have ample storage options. On arrival we will have made the beds for you. The luxurious, spacious bathroom has a double sink, rain shower and toilet. From the living room you have access to the beautifully landscaped hardwood terrace and the adjacent lawn. Here you will find a comfortable dining table for 4 people and a parasol. And if you have your own boat, you can easily walk to the harbor and sail directly onto the Lower Rhine. Our villas are non-smoking, equipped with WiFi and indoor storage. You can park one car at the accommodation without any problems.

The little house. The location of the little house right by the water, swimming in the morning before breakfast and then a few more times.
The water. You keep looking. So vast. So many birds. Constantly different colors.
And such a beautiful little house. We were in awe. Later we also noticed the downsides: greasy fingers on a black surface.
What we also liked is that you informed us about the possibility of an earlier arrival. Very thoughtful!

The fact that we received a message the day before that the cottage was available from 09:00!
The cottages are quite close to each other, which reduces your privacy.
The reported 'issues' (no clean toilet, no bath towels in the second bedroom) were resolved very correctly. The bed (first bedroom, bed by the door) creaked very loudly, as if it was about to collapse. Very annoying because you woke up with almost every movement. This could not be resolved immediately. Will attention be paid to it?
The bed by the window was made up with bedding that had bloodstains on it. My husband didn't mention anything, but I find it a downside that it is not replaced when this is discovered during making the bed.
The TV in the second bedroom was not connected to the cable, so it didn't work. We did not use your facilities and did not consider child-friendliness (no children with us); these items must be filled out. Therefore, both get a 5.

We enjoyed the bungalow by the water. Beautiful view. The cottage was spacious enough for 4 people. The complaint that the shower drain was clogged was quickly resolved. For us, a successful weekend.

This was the first time I went on vacation without my mother, as she passed away last December. It was exciting to go on vacation alone, but fortunately, my cat could come along. I really enjoyed the surroundings, and the ladies at the reception were all cheerful and helpful. My vacation home had a beautiful view of the harbor. On Saturday, my sister and brother-in-law came, and we rented a boat at Eiland van Maurik and in the evening we had a BBQ.

At check-in, we only had a cottage that did not have the 2 double beds we had booked, but that was quickly resolved. At check-out, there was too little staff, resulting in a 45-minute wait despite us calling half an hour in advance. I would like to see that change.

We found the spot by the water with quite a bit of privacy amazing; we had paid a small extra amount for it, and after a walk around the park, we found our spot certainly worth the extra money.
Because we were on vacation together with a sister and brother-in-law, we really appreciated that there were 2 equal bedrooms, each with a double bed; in other holiday parks, you often have a bunk bed or 2 separate beds in the second bedroom. The cottage is modernly furnished with a good kitchen and spacious bathroom.

We really enjoyed it, what a beautiful little house in a wonderful location. Even though there was a lot of work being done for the completion of the park, we were not bothered by it. It’s a pity that the e-boat was not in use; we would have loved to take a trip with it because we had gorgeous weather. All the windows and doors are of good quality and have versatile options for opening. The bathroom/shower room is very modern and spacious. De bedden lagen heel goed! Wat vaak een enorm groot issue is voor ons.
Het huisje op zich was zeer mooi en nieuw. Dat zag je meteen!
Het uitzicht was zalig om zo wakker te worden. Fijn dat er een klein welkomsttasje afgegeven werd bij het inchecken. Er was ruimte genoeg voor ook nog 2 honde benches te plaatsen wat ideaal was voor ons!

Absolutely recommendable, especially with children. Very nice, modern house. An air conditioning would have been great or at least fly screens, but that's nitpicking at a high level.

Our two weeks were wonderful. The area, the house, the possibility for the dog, and the absolutely friendly staff were great. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive the house properly, as there were still remnants from the previous tenants and the dishwasher was still full. Once, the hot water didn’t work, and someone came to help, but on the last evening, the hot water went out again, and we didn’t know what to do, and the reception was closed.

We had a wonderful week in villa 18, nearly by the water. Beautiful weather, which is always a bonus. Air conditioning in the cottages would be welcome, as it was almost like a sauna inside at night.
In terms of privacy, we were disappointed. The cottages are very close together, and people from the cottages at the back almost walk over your terrace to get to the water. Special "beach accesses" would be better.
The beds were wonderful! Beautiful, modernly furnished cottage.

We got a lounge couch and were very happy, thank you.
Disadvantage: no air conditioning, very warm in the villa.
Couldn’t go in the water after the 2nd day, very unfortunate.
Would love to book the villa again, but we are concerned that we might be unlucky with the blue algae again next time.

I had a wonderful weekend. I really enjoyed the cottage, it was super clean and nicely decorated. I was a bit disappointed that the restaurant was closed. But other than that, it was great.
