All rooms have shutters and are equipped with fly screens. The 300 m² property is completely fenced in, has 2 terraces, one of which is covered, and a carport with bicycle shed also belongs to the house
Equipment house
Our holiday home offers 70 m² of living space, distributed over two levels, enough room for 4 people with a dog. WLAN and telephone (landline) are available in the living room, kitchen and bedroom. The floor is tiled
Living room
Wall unit, comfortable couch , 2 armchairs, one of which is a wing chair, Sat - TV, DVD player, DVD movies, board games, dining room table with 4 chairs. The covered terrace with furniture is accessible via the living room
Kitchen:
Kitchenette with wall cupboards, fridge with separate freezer compartment, ceramic hob, convection oven, extractor bonnet, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, egg boiler, toaster, pans, pots, crockery, cutlery, baking dishes. You should want for nothing in this kitchen.
In the storage room you will find a washing machine, hoover, cleaning utensils, iron, ironing board.
Upper floor:
You reach the upper floor via a solid wooden staircase from the hallway. The hallway and bathroom are tiled, the two bedrooms have vinyl flooring.
The bedroom on the upper floor, facing the street, has a 200 x 200 cm bed with adjustable slatted frames, 2 bedside tables, a men's chest of drawers and a spacious wardrobe.
Bedroom upstairs facing the garden:
The bedroom on the upper floor facing the garden has two 100 x 200 cm single beds, bed lighting, a spacious wardrobe, LED TV, desk, 2 chairs.
Bathroom:
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC, washbasin, mirror with lighting, hairdryer, floor mat, wall shelves, door wardrobe for towels.
On request, we can provide you with a baby cot and a baby high chair free of charge. You also have the option of ordering bed linen/towels via the rental service for a small fee.

Location and surroundings of object
Nesse lies on the eastern edge of the former Hilgenrieder Bucht. The distance to the North Sea coast to the north is about three kilometres. Dornum, the main town of the municipality, is also about three kilometres away in an easterly direction. Nesse is crossed by the district road 210, which connects the village of Hage with Dornum. The nearest railway stations are in Esens (NordWestBahn) and Norden. They can be reached by bus line 302, which runs from Norden to Esens and has a stop in Nesse. There is a tide-dependent boat connection from the port of Neßmersiel to the island of Baltrum.

Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 31 days before the arrival date.
If the tenant cancels, a cancellation fee will be charged. This amounts to 25% of the total rental price up to 30 days and 60% of the total rental price up to 10 days before the start of the rental period. Thereafter and in the case of no-show, 90% of the total rental price (excluding final cleaning) will be charged. Should travel on the booked date not be permitted due to official regulations, all payments already made will be fully refunded.
