With a beautiful view that extends to the nearby sea, this holiday home in Gedser offers a prime location in the first row among other beach houses close to the marina. Several bathing areas with piers are within easy reach, and the sandy beach at Birkemose is about 3 km away. The property is ideal for families or couples looking for a relaxing holiday by the sea with access to both water and nature. The house has a renovated kitchen, a bathroom with shower and an open living room with large glass doors leading out to a spacious wooden terrace. There are two comfortable bedrooms, a balcony and two additional terraces where guests can enjoy the panoramic view of the sea and evening sunsets. The bright living room, with its generous window areas, ensures plenty of natural light and an inviting atmosphere for family gatherings or quiet moments. Outside, the home is part of a large common area with plenty of space for outdoor games, a campfire and social activities. A shared laundry room with washing machines and dryers is available to guests. Local amenities in Gedser include shops, Gedser Remise with Olsen Gang House, a flea market, bike rental and a nearby restaurant. The ferry port is within walking distance, approx. 900 m. Please note that rentals are not available for youth groups. There is a new TV so you can stream. There is no longer a chapel TV.A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.

The condition of the bathroom is not so nice, the drains smell throughout the whole house, doors and beds were dirty. Recommendations: One must be able to deal with spiders.

Very beautiful location by the sea, with a decent wind and rustling trees in a holiday home settlement. Small and cozy furnished, but steep stairs to the small sleeping rooms with rather narrow single beds. A bit of care would do the wood good, and the cleaning, especially in the kitchen and bathroom, could be a bit more thorough. Clean windows would enhance the enjoyment of the view (evening mood!). The place Gedser is easily reachable by walking (small Dagli Brugsen and great smokehouse at the harbor). Recommendations: Great bakery in Gedesby! Nyköbing is worth a visit. Park and Museum Fuglsang on Lolland: highly recommended, as well as Nysted and Maribo. Definitely visit Stubbeköbing and take the museum ferry Ida!

We had a lovely time at Gedser! The house was really comfy and had all the basics we needed for a weekend getaway, The kitchen was stocked enough to cook some meals, and the balcony was perfect for morning coffee, A bit of a drive to the beach, but it was worth it for the peace and quiet,

A beautiful, cozy little house with a nice view, near the Baltic Sea. Amenities are sufficient and very clean. The sleeping areas are accessible via a steep staircase and are very small. When traveling with older children, it gets cramped. One should not be afraid of spiders, as they can be found in large numbers both inside and outside.
