With a beautiful view extending to the nearby sea, this holiday home in Gedser offers a prime location in the first row among other beach houses, close to the marina. Several bathing spots with piers are within easy reach, and the sandy beach at Birkemose is about 3 km away. The property is ideal for families or couples seeking a relaxing seaside getaway with access to both water and nature. The house features a renovated kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and an open living area with large glass doors leading to a spacious wooden terrace. There are two comfortable bedrooms, a balcony, and two additional terraces where guests can enjoy the panoramic sea view and evening sunsets. The bright living room, with its generous windows, ensures plenty of natural light and a welcoming atmosphere for family gatherings or quiet moments. Outside, the home is part of a large communal area offering plenty of space for outdoor games, a fire pit, and social activities. A shared laundry room with washing machines and dryers is available for guests. The ferry harbor is within walking distance, approximately 900 m. Please note, rental is not available to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. A beautiful, cozy little house with a nice view, near the Baltic Sea. Amenities are sufficient and very clean. The sleeping areas are accessible via a steep staircase and are very small. When traveling with older children, it gets cramped. One should not be afraid of spiders, as they can be found in large numbers both inside and outside.
