Spacious, newly renovated and furnished apartment on the upper floor of a former farmhouse with a fireplace and plenty of room in a quiet, rural setting near Lake Plau. The friendly owners live on the farm and will be happy to share tips about the beautiful surroundings. The Nossentiner Heide Nature Park, with its extensive forests and tranquil lakes, invites you to enjoy wonderful bike rides or hikes through the verdant countryside. Don't forget your picnic basket and swimming gear – many natural beaches tempt you to take a refreshing dip. The health resort of Plau am See is only 8 kilometers away – a stroll through the town will reveal its medieval origins, with its small, winding streets and half-timbered houses. Numerous restaurants offer a variety of culinary delights, from fine dining to hearty Mecklenburg specialties.

Activities nearby: A highlight during the summer months is a ride on a draisine – a nature experience for young and old. In Malchow, about 15 km away, there's tobogganing fun for everyone on the 800 m long summer toboggan run with its seven banked curves and six chicanes. Afterwards, the Monkey Forest awaits your visit: A 1.8-hectare open-air enclosure offers the monkeys, originally from Morocco, a natural habitat.
