Terrible service and very poor follow-up. It was a horrible experience. I had to find and pay for two emergency accommodations for my family on my own. I would never recommend this service.

This apartment in Durbuy has an incredible atmosphere! The balcony is perfect for relaxing with friends and enjoying nature. Moreover, the kitchen has everything needed to prepare a feast. We will definitely explore the nearby hiking trails. Overall, an excellent place for a weekend.

A beautiful apartment in a quiet environment with friendly people, We were warmly welcomed and received a bottle of sparkling wine from the host! It takes 35 minutes to walk from the center to Durbuy, which is doable, but the return is uphill. The apartment was good, but the bathroom needed some renovation. The shower curtain, the bath mat, and the non-slip mat in the shower need to be replaced. The rest of the apartment was clean and smelled fresh. The balcony was nice! The kitchen was limited, there were no basic ingredients like salt, pepper, or oil, so you have to bring everything from home if you want to cook. Important: absolutely come by car! There are no buses and there is only a good taxi service (Taxi Fallou), but it costs a bit and must be booked in advance. The route to Durbuy is not pleasant to walk in the dark. The nearest station is not reachable on foot. A car is really necessary, especially if you want to explore more, otherwise you are a bit stuck.

I recommend everyone who is nearby to definitely stop by here. The view from the balcony was soothing and it was great to have a spacious kitchen for shared meals. The clean bathroom and the inviting bedroom made it feel like a home. Additionally, the tennis court turned out to be a pleasant surprise to stay active during our stay.

Being able to park directly in front of the door made everything much easier. Additionally, I had a reliable internet connection, which allowed me to work undisturbed. The kitchen equipment was top-notch and helped with meal preparation after our exciting explorations.

The surroundings were beautiful, in the middle of nature, and the neighbors were very friendly. Unfortunately, the furniture was quite old, and the stove was very slow. Although there was wifi, the TV had no wifi functionality, which made it basically unusable. Finally, it was a pity that the apartment was not properly cleaned upon arrival. With a few improvements, the stay could have been much more pleasant.

Beautiful surroundings, easy parking, very friendly fellow residents who helped find the apartment and gain access, because the description from Belvilla was incorrect. Everything is present but without luxury, purely functional. For that, a pet is allowed. The apartment is always cold or cool, so bring a sweater or cardigan, even in the summer. Cozy little bedroom, but the bed is too narrow for two people to sleep comfortably. If you are taller than 1.90 meters, it is also too short. A cozy lamp with ambient light would have been welcome; now there are only large functional lamps.
