Chalet in Durbuy with Sauna & Nature Views

Missing many games/items for children. There are 2 soccer goals with broken nets and a volleyball net.. the swimming pool was closed and for the indoor pool we had to wear speedos and a swim cap.. the house is fine

The house was difficult to find due to the unclear description from Belvilla. The address cannot be found, and it is unclear that the house is located in the Durbuy residence, where you simply need to check in at the reception of this park. This should be better described. Furthermore, there is no WiFi, the sauna was broken, and there were no Dutch TV channels available. Since this house is located on a fairly steep path and the garden area is also quite sloped, this house is less suitable for people with limited mobility.

The cottage was not clean. There were even dirty underwear from a previous visitor. It stuck to your feet and the garbage bags were not in the bins but just hanging over the edge. The cottage is particularly overdue (fixtures are hanging on wire nuts) and noisy. The price-quality ratio is absolutely not in proportion. We also did not receive the correct bedding. Very unfortunate. It was a nice weekend, but we will not choose this park again.

It was a beautiful location, cozy and warm, with a nice view, but it's a pity there was no wifi, this was indicated, and it's important to read the fine print regarding the costs afterwards, heating costs and energy, and bags of wood.

at the reception we were told that we could enter the house at 4 pm, but when we got to the house, they were far from finished cleaning and that turned out to be 4:45 pm. on arrival the first thing we saw was a collapsed outside BBQ, some kind of tile spell by the door that was broken and the shards swept around the corner and bags of dog turd around the corner at the entrance. 1 pair of bed linen had holes in it, it was very noisy upstairs, the shower head in the sauna downstairs was so calcified that water sprayed in all directions, number of plates and glasses were not clean in the cupboard, the extractor hood was greasy and gross, the refrigerator is loose in the kitchen and wobbles enormously. no big things but all in all that was disappointing, we had the idea, even with later check-in, that it was all done in a hurry, and therefore the overall impression was a bit shabby. there were also pluses, such as location and view, friendly welcome, the mattresses, the couch and the otherwise well-equipped kitchen. But I think a makeover is needed.

Poor support from the office, you can't find the house because it's too dark and there's no lighting in the street. Upon arrival, it was cold inside knowing that people were coming, the heating could have been on already. Not a clean house, it is not cleaned. Too expensive for what it is and you have to pay extra for everything, and if you didn't do the extra points you had to pay fines. Not worth repeating. Regards.

This vacation home was exactly what we needed for a relaxing holiday. The layout was practical, and everything felt clean and well-maintained. We especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, which made cooking meals easy. The location is peaceful, and we enjoyed the nearby hiking trails. A charming stay overall! The house is spacious and beautifully decorated. We had enough space for our group of eight, and the wood stove added a cozy atmosphere in the evenings.
