Lovely quiet place, with the super friendly owner as a neighbor (but you won't see him after your welcome). Beautiful large garden with enough privacy. Spacious cottage equipped with all conveniences. Some things do need replacing, but it doesn't dampen our fun. 5 minutes drive from the center full of nice restaurants and several supermarkets.

We have stayed several times in the Ardennes. Always in houses with their charm, 'Durbuy Bohon near the river' is a spacious house in a beautiful setting, impressive nature to explore! In the center of the house, there is a large welcoming fireplace. For two weeks, we didn't have to turn on the heating. Good firewood is abundant and is supplied on request by a particularly kind manager (who also speaks Dutch). If you don't have too high expectations,,, there is really everything. Previously, I read in a review about poor beds. For us, they were great, and I understood that they have been recently replaced. Useful to know: there are no kitchen towels/dish towels/bath towels. Nb: Nearby, you can buy fresh eggs from the farmer, and there is a very cozy terrace for walkers. It is called '1850' and belongs to Mike from Haarlem.

We had a wonderful stay in this charming holiday home in Bohon. The garden was a lovely place for our morning coffee, and the kids enjoyed the play equipment. We found a beautiful cottage in a lovely setting with a courtyard and a large garden. We were able to ignore the fantastically high summer temperatures in our holiday week in the comfortably tempered house. Only the mattress in the bedroom on the ground floor (1.60mx 2.00m) was too soft for us and could be a new one, because the mattress on the upper floor was more stable and The cottage is in the countryside, Bohon is a small village with pastures, meadows and fields all around. We have with our three small children had a lovely sunny relaxing week. The property is best for slightly older children, 7 years, because of the balustrade above and the open staircase. The garden is very nice and very spacious. The kids played fine. The cottage itself is very spacious, so there is plenty of inside also played and moved and crawled (baby) can be. There are, however was fine there and crawl down a few stone steps at the property (at the entrance and in the sitting area) but our son of biting one year. The facilities in the cottage are good. Neat full kitchen inventory and well-functioning equipment (coffee maker, kettle, washing machine). For shopping and entertainment you have to drive on stage, but everything is close (Barvaux 5km). The nearby pool is for older children who can swim itself on rainy days, a good alternative. For small children the pool is boring. Note that you need a swimming cap.

Good welcome by Manu the owner. We were with two adults and our son of 1 and stayed 10 days.The cottage is in a beautiful area with lots of greenery. Once inside you will see the beautiful stone wall and plenty of living space and a bathroom and bedroom with fireplace. By a staircase are the other two bedrooms where 1 with double bed and 1 with bunk bed. Each one has a private shower and toilet. Unfortunately there is no bath. The beds were not good. A very large pit had the bed downstairs, there were also two mattresses on each other, instead of a box spring. The beds upstairs were a bit better but also there they are renewing. The big garden is nice if you have children or dogs. The kitchen with cooking island is fine and equipped with everything you need. The dishwasher was installed only strangely, it could not be completely open. There was a wooden ikea baby cot, but it could only be put in one position. Our son is already standing, so we were a little hesitant with standing in bed. Fortunately, he was lying down or sitting. A travel cot is a better option.Durbuy is a nice little village where you can sit on terraces and walk around. We have taken several trips by car to Dinant, Malmedy, Spa and La Roche. All of them are a 30/45 min drive.Our Luxembourg was nice and good to do (1.5) hours. Aanrader is the Wildparc Monde Sauvage in Aywaille. Zoo with safari where you can drive by car. Very nice. Overall, the cottage was good, but the beds really need to be better.

The house is in a beautiful place, garden is very big and lovely to sit. Sun loungers in the garden are very much a substitute. Wifi in living room is good. In the bedrooms bad. Bed downstairs is not nice. Has a pit in the middle. In the surrounding area you can make beautiful walks. Very close, you can leave the dog (loose). Everything in the house is well-planned. Well with a lot of up and downs, what was not a problem for us

Lovely big and luxurious holiday home where it is well kept. The garden is (after closing a few small openings) a paradise for your dog. Centrally located and very close to Durbuy you can walk there but back is the way to style. The bottom line is the cutlery is ok but you can buy some better knives for cutting meat and vegetables. Everywhere a real recommend

Welcomed by the son. (French or English). The owner was on business. It already started well on arrival. (Search for the key and dirt bags). Kitchen island divided poorly, sink was far away. (For small people, do not handy.gasten to make sure everything is cleaned and do not leave a part to the following guests. Bed below not ideal for heavy backers, shifts too much. Walk in shower ok for disabled but too little storage for clothes and towels Suitable for the disabled, I have my reservations, fortunately, my wife does not need the wheelchair. Stairs. Together with friends enjoyed a relaxing mid-week, we each had our privacy, private bathroom and toilet, quiet setting and good base to go to Durbuy and Barvaux spacious, immaculate, both walks.

It is amazing how much rest you can experience, while you are still quite close to civilization. Both Durbuy and Barveaux can be reached within minutes by car. Super spacious house with a huge garden (huge!). Very friendly and helpful owner (also neighbor).

Nice setting, the house is quietly located in the hamlet of Bohon, it is a pleasant walk to Durbuy (30 minutes by the Ourthe). Arrival well suited to the landlord. Accommodation is great in terms of comfort

The holiday was very nice. Everything you need is available in terms of kitchen supplies. The owners are very friendly. The town Durbuy is within walking distance. I would definitely go back!

We had a brilliant stay at birdsong symphony. The house is lovely, well equipped, comfortable and clean, and we received a wonderful welcome from the owner who could not have been more helpful. Our children (9, 8, and 4), also loved it and had great fun playing in the garden. There is plenty to do with children (or without!) in the surrounding area. We had a really lovely holiday!

WHAT a crazy house, totally awesome! Super Nice owner who speaks perfect Dutch. Very nice area, 500 meters to the Ourthe and 5 minutes to Barvaux. La Roche at half an hour and 50 minutes Francorchamps -) Super Large garden with lovely cool gazebo. Briefly Lovely week had a lovely home. We would at least like to go again!

A lovely big house with lots of hiking opportunities in the immediate area, such as walking to Durbuy on the walking \/ bike path along the river. A big advantage is that each bedroom has its own bathroom. The downstairs bedroom is very spacious, complete with its own fireplace and patio doors. As a tip, we want to add that you should have enough cash with you because upon arrival you have Warranty and are locally associated costs paid directly! But otherwise nothing but praise for this wonderful location.

Onzettend beautiful house situated in a small village near Durbuy. Municipal (indoor) pool a short distance away where you can make use of. Quiet lovely surroundings. The house has a huge garden overlooking a meadow.

We have with our three small children had a lovely sunny relaxing week. The property is best for slightly older children, 7 years, because of the balustrade above and the open staircase. The garden is very nice and very spacious. The kids played fine. The cottage itself is very spacious, so there is plenty of inside also played and moved and crawled (baby) can be. There are, however was fine there and crawl down a few stone steps at the property (at the entrance and in the sitting area) but our son of biting one year. The facilities in the cottage are good. Neat full kitchen inventory and well-functioning equipment (coffee maker, kettle, washing machine). For shopping and entertainment you have to drive on stage, but everything is close (Barvaux 5km). The nearby pool is for older children who can swim itself on rainy days, a good alternative. For small children the pool is boring. Note that you need a swimming cap.
