4 cosy holiday flats in the 400-year-old Hauerhof (vintner's farm), located near the Danube cycle path, 15 minutes by car or S-Bahn to Vienna, ideal for your holiday with sports, culture and nature!
This flat (65 m²) consists of anteroom, kitchen, bathroom/WC, 2 en-suite bedrooms each with a double bed, living room with pull-out double couch, dining table, armchair, air conditioning, SAT-TV, free W-Lan. It is located in the upper house with direct access to the garden and a great view over the Danube meadows, access via a 50m ascending footpath, directly behind is a large garden and vineyard.

Thanks to the ideal location with excursion proximity (10 km) to Vienna and situated directly on the Danube Cycle Path, Kritzendorf and Klosterneuburg enjoy a great offer for tourists to Vienna, sportsmen, visitors to the Klosterneuburg Opera, nature lovers and other holidaymakers hungry for recreation.
The Danube cycle path, train station, bus, forest, Danube meadows, hairdresser, massage, restaurants, wine taverns and supermarket are all within a 5-minute walk.
Our Hauerhof (winegrowers' farm) from the 16th century is located in the centre of Kritzendorf, behind the house you walk through the garden and vineyard directly into the Vienna Woods. The Strombad Kritzendorf and the meadows on the Danube are about 15 minutes away on foot.

Hauerhof 99, Apt. 3
Very friendly welcome, ideally located directly on the vineyard, functional but furnished with everything you need, ideal with dog! We felt very comfortable and were certainly not the last time as guests. Swimming pool in summer is really TOP.
recommend for: holiday with children, holiday with pet, cultural and sightseeing holiday
Vicinity of the holiday home: Von der stark befahrenen Straße und der S-Bahn ist kaum etwas zu hören. Hinter dem Anwesen ist man sofort in den Reben, kann spazierengehen.
free time activities: Hauseigener Swimmingpool, echt Klasse. Sicher auch gut für Radfahrer. Excellente Museen in Kloster Neuburg und Wien. Wien liegt vor der Haustür; sehr gut an öffentl. Nahverkehr angebunden. Weiteres nicht in Anspruch genommen.
shopping facilities: Gute hauseigene Produkte mit Wein, Saft, etc.. Ansonsten in ca. 3 - 5 Min. mit dem Auto zu erreichen ein sehr guter Spar, eine Billa (sagt der Hausverstand) BMW (Bäcker, Metzger, Wirt) Straußen- resp. Buschenschänken) kurz, alles, was man braucht.
