The upper floor apartment No. 3 "Südstrandhus" (approx. 71 square meters) on the North Sea island of Borkum in Greunen Stee Weg 75 is rented with:
2x bedrooms, 1x bathroom with floor-level shower, guest toilet, living room with couch and open kitchen with dining table.
Comfort, modern and style!! The bright living-dining room is large and impresses with the room layout and directly accessible balcony. The balcony with table and chairs invites you to relax. The kitchen and dining area is fully equipped. The two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and both have a flat screen TV. A travel cot (without bedding) and a high chair are available on request. This is complemented by the bathroom with a floor-level shower, toilet and washbasin. The short but very interesting history of the house should be emphasized. A real highlight!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön ausgestattet: gemütliche Betten, top sauber und als Highlight natürlich die Sauna. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir hatten leider Pech mit dem Wetter, so dass man quasi gar nicht rausgehen konnte, aber grundsätzlich ist die Lage super.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Gerade bei nicht so gutem Wetter ist es toll, so eine schöne Wohnung zu haben. Sie ist großzügig, die Einrichtung ist modern, es ist alles (Geschirr, Küchenutensilien ...) in ausreichendem Maße und darüber hinaus vorhanden. Die kleine Sauna ist das Highlight. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Man kann direkt gegenüber vom Haus den Aufgang über die Dünen nutzen und ist am Strand. Wir sind bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal hier gewesen.
