The ground floor apartment number 1 "Südstrandhus" is rented out approx. 64 square meters on the North Sea island of Borkum in "Greunen Stee Weg 75" with:
2x bedrooms, 1x bathroom with floor-level shower, guest toilet, living room with couch and open kitchen with dining table.
Comfort, modern and style!! The bright living-dining room is large and impresses with the room layout and directly accessible terrace. The opaque private garden with table and chairs invites you to relax. The kitchen and dining area is fully equipped. The two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and both have a flat screen TV. A travel cot (without bedding) and a high chair are available on request. This is complemented by the bathroom with a floor-level shower, toilet and washbasin. The short but very interesting history of the house should be emphasized. A real highlight!

The apartment is on the ground floor, close to the southern beach. The house is centrally and quietly adjacent to the Greune Stee nature reserve. The "Jakob-von-Dyken Weg" stop is about 280 meters away.

In stürmischen Zeiten ist es doppelt so schön, wenn man durchgepustet vom Wind in eine superbehagliche FeWo kommt, die alles hat, um sich geborgen und wohlzufühlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr hochwertig und geschmackvoll ausgestattete Ferienwohnung (wie auf den Bildern verheißen) - die Lage ist strandnah und günstig zu einem Haltepunkt der Inselbahn, Bäcker und Supermarkt gelegen - ein Strandkorb am nahen Hundestrand war inklusive. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos und unkompliziert, zuvorkommend und immer sehr schnell . Wir haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder buchen!

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung, die mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet ist. Es fehlt wirklich an gar nichts! Super gute Matratzen und sehr bequeme Sitzmöbel. Wir waren mit 3 Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern, 2 u 7 Jahre alt dort. Die Wohnung bietet viel Platz u Möglichkeiten sich auch mal aus dem Weg zu gehen. Für Menschen mit Einschränkungen ist sie ebenfalls gut geeignet. Wenn man überhaupt etwas kritisieren möchte, dann Vorsicht mit dem Fußboden. Es handelt sich um Echtholzeichendielen die etwas empfindlich sind. Aber das zeugt eigentlich nur von der hohen Qualität der Wohnung! Für Hundebesitzer eine ideale Lage. In nur wenigen Minuten auf einem wunderschönen Weg durch Dünen und ein kleines Wäldchen gelangt man zum Hundestrand. Insgesamt liegt die Wohnung optimal. Sehr schön ruhig u trotzdem sind alle touristischen Hotspots fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Wir waren begeistert u werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Absolute Ruhe und grandiose Lage des Hauses. Der einzige Kritikpunkt: der Staubsauger funktioniert kaum und es fehlen Putzutensilien (Moppaufsatz). Wenn man mit einem Hund anreist, ist das doch elementar um täglich einmal ordentlich sauber machen zu können. Ebenso wäre eine Grundausstattung in der Küche schön, im Sinne von Gewürzen. Alles in Allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Wir können das Südstrandhaus Greune Stee nur jedem, der ein wenig Ruhe sucht, weiterempfehlen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Eine sehr gut und überlegt ausgestattete sehr saubere Wohnung 1, in der wir uns wie zuhause und willkommen fühlten! Wir kommen wieder und bedanken uns sehr herzlich für einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt auf Borkum, direkt an den Dünen. Das Meer konnten wir rauschen hören!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung sehr genossen. Ein winzig kleiner Punkt wäre verbesserungswürdig , die Seersucker Bettwäsche ist nicht angenehm und das Inlay des Kopfkissen ist schlapp und plattgelegen. Hier könnte mit kleinem Aufwand das Schlaffeeling verbessert werden.

Wir verbrachten mit Hund einen entspannten und unvergesslichen Urlaub in dieser sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung. Sie liegt absolut ruhig im Naturschutzgebiet und das Autofahrverbot zwischen 21:00 und 7:00 trägt noch zur Ruhe bei. Buchung und Abwicklung waren problemlos. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Very high quality and tastefully furnished holiday flat (as promised in the pictures) - the location is close to the beach and convenient to a stop of the island train, bakery and supermarket - a beach chair on the nearby dog beach was included.
Communication was smooth and uncomplicated, courteous and always very quick. We felt extremely comfortable and would book again anytime!

A beautiful flat, furnished with great attention to detail. There is really nothing missing! Super good mattresses and very comfortable seating.
We were there with 3 adults and two children, 2 and 7 years old. The flat offers a lot of space and possibilities to get out of the way.
It is also well suited for people with disabilities.
If you have any criticism at all, be careful with the floor. The floor is made of real wood and is a bit sensitive. But that's actually only a testament to the high quality of the flat! An ideal location for dog owners. The dog beach is only a few minutes away on a beautiful path through the dunes and a small wood.
All in all, the flat is in an ideal location. Very quiet and yet all the tourist hotspots are within walking distance.
We were thrilled and will definitely come again.
