Wir sind eigentlich eingefleischte Camper und waren hier und da mal über Winter im Hotel ,allerdings seit dem wir in dieser Wohnung waren würden wir es immer wieder bevorzugen in dieser Wohnung zu buchen . Wir waren auf Empfehlung dort und ich kann diese Wohnung einfach nur weiterempfehlen. Gruß Sandra Iwanicki

We booked an apartment with a garden for 5 days at short notice. Everything went quickly and smoothly. Mr. Neteler answered all our questions very quickly and competently. The apartment was very nice and, above all, clean. The location is dreamlike. For us, having the dog beach so close with 3 dogs... a dream. Very quiet location, but 2 shopping options not far away. We enjoyed our time very much and were sad to have to leave. Best regards, the Strube family.

Once again, we were guests. Super location to the kilometer-long dog beach, garden secure against dog escapes. Fly screens everywhere, quiet residential area and location, yet relatively quickly reachable by bike/car to the "city center." Lidl and Markant quickly accessible. Pleasant house, almost like home. Very good and quick communication with Mr. Neteler, always reachable, very good transparency and handling of costs. It's a pity that Mr. Neteler only does Borkum among the East Frisian Islands.

We were only in the apartment for 3 nights (short trip). For that, it is quite expensive. The apartment is clean and as described. The garden is large and enclosed, so you can easily send the dog outside. The location is very good; you can quickly get through the dunes to the south beach and reach the center in 25 minutes if you walk leisurely. The supermarket and bakery, as well as the train station, are nearby and easily accessible. A small point deduction; the TV urgently needs an update, and maybe the channels should be sorted out.

The apartment was very clean. The outdoor area was very well maintained, however, the entrance gate to the garden was defective. It could no longer be closed and due to the strong wind, it slammed all night. From the front door to the garbage container, it is too dark in the evening. The installed lamps, in our opinion, are not sufficient. Otherwise, everything was great, as always.

The umbrella stand for the sunshade needs to be replaced, it is completely rusted from the inside. The screw could not be loosened. Therefore, we cannot use the umbrella. Otherwise, everything else is great.

Very nice apartment and a smooth handover process. Unfortunately, some tenants cannot manage to dispose of the dog waste in the garden themselves; it cannot be that the new tenant has to take care of it. In nice weather, you want to use the garden without stepping in dog waste. Otherwise, everything was perfect, thank you very much.

Note on processing: The fact that a beach chair is included on the South Beach should be made known to the renters in advance. We had reserved a beach chair ahead of time. The information about arrival should reach the renters significantly earlier than one day before arrival (upon inquiry). Everything else was wonderful.

We spent beautiful and relaxing vacation and training days in April/May 2024 at Südstrandhus Apartment 2. The booking process handled by Mr. Neteler was quick and trouble-free, thank you again. The apartment is very tastefully furnished, and we lacked for nothing. The garden is surrounded by a beautiful high fence, so our larger dog also enjoyed himself. The apartment and the stairwell were very clean (we have experienced differently before). In short... we liked it so much that we have already booked again for 2025. Herford

A beautiful holiday apartment where we spent a lovely week with our dog as a trio. The apartment is nicely laid out and very bright due to the floor-to-ceiling windows. The approximately 1.60 m high fenced garden, which is completely private, is ideal for dogs. The amenities are very good. The only thing missing was a wine bottle opener. We would be happy to return.
