Description

The upper floor holiday apartment number 4 "Südstrandhus" is rented out approx. 71 square meters on the North Sea island of Borkum in Greunen Stee Weg 75 with:
2x bedrooms, 1x bathroom with floor-level shower, guest toilet, living room with couch and open kitchen with dining table.
Comfort, modern and style!! The bright living-dining room is large and impresses with the room layout and directly accessible balcony. The balcony with table and chairs invites you to relax. The kitchen and dining area is fully equipped. The two bedrooms are furnished with double beds and both have a flat screen TV. A travel cot (without bedding) and a high chair are available on request. This is complemented by the bathroom with a floor-level shower, toilet and washbasin. The short but very interesting history of the house should be emphasized. A real highlight!

Appartement mit guter Ausstattung. Lage ist gut, da nah zum Strand. In den Ort ist es etwas weiter zu gehen. Sehr guter Service durch den Vermieter!

Moderne und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, die wir schon zum zweiten Mal gebucht haben. Für eine ruhige Auszeit in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Meer ist die Wohnung perfekt und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Sauna ist unser Highlight. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.

Das Apartment war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermittler war freundlich und zeitnah. Ein Besen und ein funktionierendes Kehrblech wären schön, da der Staubsauger eine relativ schwache Saugleistung hat. Die Matratzen sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Leider ist der Balkon schon für zwei Personen recht eng. Die Fliegengitter vor fast allen Fenstern und Türen sind super.

Hello and good day, Three years ago we were already in the holiday apartment. Location, organization, and handling were top again. Unfortunately, the furnishings of the apartment have suffered in the meantime. Above the sofa, the shelf was missing - not a big deal - but the open holes are unsightly. A garden chair is broken, a sofa cushion could not be closed, the clothes rack in one of the bedrooms is broken, and the mattresses have been used a lot over the years and have a large dip. In the kitchen, there is a sticker on the wall - it no longer sticks and is coming off more and more. I would not have expected this in an apartment in this price range. There was a sheet with contact details in the apartment - we reported the deficiencies at the beginning as we did not cause them. Unfortunately, there was no reaction to that. A great apartment in such a great location is not easy to find, and we would love to come back. We hope that these issues are resolved and the apartment (Greune Stee Weg) is maintained further. Otherwise, it would be a shame for the apartment!

We felt very comfortable again in the beautiful apartment, and our dog did too! The apartment has everything you need. The high-quality furnishings, the well-maintained condition, and the tranquility in winter, along with the fresh sea air "straight from the source," contributed to our good recovery. As winter guests, we especially appreciate the sauna visit after our daily walks on the eastern beach. This year, on a rainy day, we also explored the beautiful walking paths in the forest and through the dunes; we encountered some deer and were able to observe magnificent pheasants. If there is anything to criticize, it is the inadequate culinary offerings in the island's restaurants. A "Gosch" would certainly do well here even in winter, right!? - But maybe we simply haven't found the right one yet! We would like to reserve a week again for next year in February!
