I have already been to this apartment for the second time. I liked it very much. The garden is completely fenced high. This is ideal with a dog. Directly opposite is a path to the dog beach. The furnishings are great and cozy. Everything is very clean. During my stays, it was very quiet. The communication was also very good. Absolutely recommendable.

The house pleased us very much; it is located directly at the dog beach in a very quiet environment. We were very satisfied and will come back next year. The only change we would wish for is to install the sunshades in dark. Watching TV is not really possible, it is very glaring.

In case of complaints, the owner was immediately on site, very positive. Unfortunately, this time it didn't work out with an earlier occupancy of the apartment. First, the rear apartments were cleaned (as far as we noticed, there was no occupancy here on Friday) and only then did the front apartments get done. That was a bit unfortunate. It could have possibly been organized differently. A note... in summer or when the weather really comes with a lot of sun... Curtains to block the heat would also be great in the living area. The existing pleated shades do not block any heat, and it gets very warm in the living area. Maybe a sign on the garden fence for bicycles would be helpful... we had bicycles in front of the garden gate often, just like last year. This is a bit impractical since there are bike sheds. Otherwise, it was great again... for us, the location is really perfect with our dogs. We would love to come back. Best regards from Dinslaken

We felt very comfortable with two dogs. The apartment is well equipped. The location is right by the dog beach, next to the forest. Everything very clean, cozy, and quiet. I will come back.

Super apartment, great organization. We had apartment 1 with the garden, which is a real plus with a dog. The apartment is friendly, bright, and beautiful. The neighbors were very friendly. The location is wonderful, just a few minutes walk to the dog beach. Communication with the landlord was straightforward and friendly. Wonderful for people seeking a bit of peace. Best time early November. Highly recommended. They still have many destinations, but would gladly come back.

The bed in the back bedroom is unfortunately very worn out. Especially the left side of the bed. Additionally, it creaked with every turn. That was really the only thing that was a bit bothersome. Otherwise, everything was great :)

A wonderful, comfortable, and very well-equipped apartment with two bedrooms and the possibility to truly retreat on your own terrace in a beach chair. All of this in a very quiet location at the South Beach, which is very quickly accessible. The apartment is excellently managed. We were missing a teapot, and it was there immediately! Thank you - we will gladly come back again!

A beautiful apartment located near the beach. What I personally liked very much, as I often have back pain on vacation due to bad beds: the apartment has good box spring beds, so I slept wonderfully. Also very positive: The windows have fly screens. We would love to come back.

We had a wonderful stay. Absolute peace and a fantastic location of the house. The only criticism: the vacuum cleaner hardly works and cleaning utensils (mop attachment) are missing. If you travel with a dog, it's essential to be able to clean properly once a day. It would also be nice to have some basic supplies in the kitchen, in terms of spices. All in all, we felt very comfortable and would come back anytime.

We can only recommend the Südstrandhaus Greune Stee to anyone looking for a little peace. We lacked nothing! A very well-furnished and thoughtfully equipped, very clean apartment 1, where we felt at home and welcomed! We will come back and thank you very much for a wonderful stay in Borkum, right by the dunes. We could hear the sea roaring!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment. A tiny point could be improved: the seersucker bed linens are not comfortable, and the pillow insert is flat and sagging. With a little effort, the sleeping experience could be enhanced.

We spent a relaxed and unforgettable holiday with our dog in this very tastefully furnished apartment. It is absolutely quiet in the nature reserve, and the driving ban between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM contributes to the peace. Booking and handling were seamless. We will definitely come back. A beautiful apartment, furnished with great attention to detail. Nothing is really missing! Super good mattresses and very comfortable seating. We were there with 3 adults and two children, ages 2 and 7. The apartment offers plenty of space and options to get out of each other's way. It is also well suited for people with disabilities. If one were to criticize anything, then be cautious with the floor. These are real wood flooring tiles that are somewhat sensitive. But this actually demonstrates the high quality of the apartment! It is an ideal location for dog owners. In just a few minutes on a beautiful path through dunes and a small woods, you reach the dog beach. Overall, the apartment is ideally located. Very quiet, yet all tourist hotspots are easily reachable on foot. We were thrilled and will definitely come back.

We were there with 3 adults and two children, 2 and 7 years old. The flat offers a lot of space and possibilities to get out of the way.
It is also well suited for people with disabilities.
If you have any criticism at all, be careful with the floor. The floor is made of real wood and is a bit sensitive. But that's actually only a testament to the high quality of the flat! An ideal location for dog owners. The dog beach is only a few minutes away on a beautiful path through the dunes and a small wood.
All in all, the flat is in an ideal location. Very quiet and yet all the tourist hotspots are within walking distance.
We were thrilled and will definitely come again.
