The holiday home has a total area of 250 m² and is divided into two floors. On the ground floor we find a playroom with a pool table, table football, toys for the youngest and an additional toilet. On the first floor we find a living room, a dining room with kitchen, 4 separate bedrooms, one with a double bed, two with two single beds and one with a sofa bed that offers additional sleeping for 2 people. From the kitchen and from one bedroom there is access to the covered terrace. On the first floor there are also two bathrooms and an additional toilet.

• 30% if cancellation occurs up to 30 days prior to arrival;
• 100% if cancellation occurs between 30 to 0 days prior to arrival;
• No-show – 100%
If the cancellation is made earlier than 30 days before the arrival, "Istra Expert" will also keep an additional 10% as a processing fee.
