Description
The holiday home "Alter Fritz" is a newly renovated, listed building. The spacious entrance area leads directly into the open-plan kitchen/living room area. The bright fitted kitchen is fully equipped and invites you to cook. Bright large windows let a lot of light into the room. Next to the living area is the bathroom with WC and a shower. An open staircase leads to the converted attic with sleeping area and a cosy reading corner.
Outside, there is a cosy terrace to end the day nicely.

The accommodation is located in a freshly renovated, listed building and enjoys a convenient location in the immediate vicinity of Flensburg city centre and the harbour.
The Museumsberg Flensburg is just around the corner and is one of the largest museums in Schleswig-Holstein with an exhibition area of 3000 m².
The beaches are also only a few minutes away by car and invite you to go swimming in the Flensburg Fjord.

Great holiday home!
We have previously had experiences with renting holiday apartments and now for the first time rented this beautiful holiday home.
On the day of arrival, the key was ready for us at the agreed time.
As soon as we opened the front door, we knew this was a hit and the pictures here correspond to reality. Downstairs, the dining/kitchen area is friendly and bright, we were warmly welcomed, and the living area is cozily furnished. Also below is the bathroom, nicely designed and equipped with a proper shower, washbasin, and toilet.
Above you will find the sleeping area with a cozy bed and a reading corner.
We would say perfect size for 2 people and a quiet location in the Flensburg city center.
Not to forget, the parking space for a car is located directly in front of the house.
The holiday home also invites you to linger in less than perfect weather. Anyone who wants to have a pleasant vacation is in the right place.
The manager also does a great job, always friendly and questions were answered quickly. Keep it up!

Old Fritz
Beautiful small holiday home with a lovely exterior. Well-equipped kitchen and large bathroom. Very quiet location. Short distance to the center. We were able to reach all interesting destinations on foot. Highly recommended.
